(No elevator) In 15 minutes you can walk comfortably into the hustle and bustle of Abtenau and enjoy the atmosphere with beautiful views of our mountains. Our house is located not far from the cross-country ski trail directly on the circular path of the nature-protected Egelsee and the swimming pool. The Sonnblick house offers you peace, relaxation and new energy.

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Spend your vacation right in front of the slopes in the exclusively equipped apartment. In just a 5-minute walk you are at Hornspitz cable car and can quickly reach over 100 kilometers of ski slopes. In summer, the natural swimming pool is a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful hiking trails and alpine pastures in the immediate vicinity. For families or couples, the generously sized apartment offers comfort and guarantees a beautiful vacation with two separate bedrooms and a large living area.

The farmhouse has 4 rooms (sleeps 12) and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Abtenau is a great place to relax, recharge, hike, mountain bike or just go for a stroll. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini golf, and a summer toboggan run. In winter, it is near the ski lift. The house is centrally located between Salzburg and Hallstatt, making everything easy to reach.

Loft Krämerhaus

With free Wi-Fi and a central location, this large apartment awaits you in the former Krämerhaus in Annaberg im Lammertal, in the middle of the Dachstein West ski & hiking region. It is only 100 m to the valley station of the Kopfbergbahn and 1.5 km to the Donnerkogel gondola lift in Astau-Winkel. The ski & hiking bus stop is directly opposite the apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's shop are within minutes walking distance.

Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Our apartment with garden is located at the foot of the Tennen Mountains and Hohenwerfen Castle. (Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. A large garden and separate entrance complete the apartment.
