Monthly Rentals in Halkirk

We had a wonderful time at Juanella and Willie's farm. They are very friendly hosts, we felt like home straight away. We loved to be greeted every morning by 7 friendly Border collies (we are going to miss them very much). If you have a chance go for farm buggy tour with Willie, to meet farm animals (lovely Highland cows) and learn about history of the farm and area. There is a lot to do and see in this part of the Highlands. Strongly recommend 👌

We spent 3 nights at Winnie’s place in Highland Council on our tour of the North Coast 500. The property is very well equipped with a newly fitted kitchen and everything you’d need for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Thoughtful touches such as some sweet treats and bathroom products along with some kitchen staples added to our welcome. We were extremely impressed with the broadband speed (300+mps) for the area. I wish we could achieve something like this at home! We didn’t get to meet Winnie or Antony during our stay, however communication with them was easy, prompt and helpful. We were also very grateful to be able to check in an hour early to maximise our stay. We would highly recommend Winnie’s place to anyone looking to stay in this part of the Highlands.

Andy was friendly, welcoming and helpful and there was great communication. The house was immaculate and peaceful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable stay. Surprisingly close to sea front and riverside yet very quiet location with always spaces to park nearby. Liked Thurso. Flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Warm and cosy.
