A work of art! Very well made home in the perfect location. Architecturally, the home has many fine points and it still feels very comfortable and cozy for family living. Roxane, the host was the most welcoming and nicest host I have ever met. The space is perfect for family vacationing. The location is perfectly situated in the more quiet section of this village, but very close to everything, including a 2 minute walk to food market and 5 minute walk to beach. We rented a boat for the day directly at the beach which we walked to from the house which was very convenient. We had dinners on our own back deck. Overall, this house is very unique and the owners have paid attention to detail to every little thing. Super clean and beautiful home.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und äußerst netter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn man etwas verbessern könnte, dann die etwas magere Ausstattung der Küche. Ein Abtropfsieb und ein paar mehr Teller, Gläser und Besteck wären gut, damit man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Jako ljubazna domaćica koja je uvek brzo odgovarala na naše poruke. Smeštaj kao na slikama i izuzetno prostran. Predivan pogled na more sa terase! Ne postoji plaža za kupanje ispred apartmana već šetalište koje je već 2 god u fazi uređenja. Sve u svemu jako prijatan boravak! Preporuka za one koji žele mirniji odmor!

Son derece güzel karşılama, harika tavsiyeler için teşekkürler. Temiz , insan kendini evinde gibi hissediyor. Tüm ihtiyaçları karşılayacak bir şekilde planlanmış. Plaj şemsiyesi ve sandalyeleri bile düşünülmüştü. Ayrılırken ev sahiplerinin biLeri uğurlaması ve yöresel hediyeler vermesi son derece duygusal bir atmosferdi. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Our stay was as pleasant as expected!The place looks even better than in pictures which is really astonishing. The host was very kind, polite and even recommended us places that must be seen and things that must be done nearby Sithonia. The roooms were clean and breezy. We were welcomed with a fresh bottle of wine and a cold one of water. The only little upsetting thing was the presence of a singular wardrobe situated upstairs, not enough for two families. We enjoyed our vacation and warmly will recommend this wonderful location to many as possible!

Το σπιτι διαθετει ολα οσα χρειαζεται κανεις για την διαμονη του. Ο κηπος ειναι απολαυστικοτατος και δροσερος ολη μερα και η θαλασσα απλα διπλα! Θα το επιλεγαμε σιγουρα ξανα! Ο Φοιβος μας εξυπηρετησε αψογα!

Our trip in Psakoydia was amazing. The house (especially the design) was wonderfu! Vaggelis is super friendly and always there to help you. The atmosphere was great and there is nothing to complain about. Wonderful place!

My family and I enjoyed the accommodation and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who goes to Thassos and wants a peaceful and pleasant stay. Everything was perfect! We're definitely planning to come back!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft zu wohnen, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht nur schön gestaltet, sondern auch sehr sauber und einladend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin, die unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Thank you so much for your accommodation. We enjoyed the place very much, as it is very clean, modern, fresh and so close to the beach! 🤩 The AC did its job successfully so coming back "home" was always refreshing. The place is very comfortable for 7 persons. All in all, we will definitely choose Black Pearl again when visiting Sithonia.

I couldn't say anything bad about the place. The accomodation has everything you would desire and is very well positioned. It's next to an old Greek Orthodox Church - which means that on Sundays there will be a sermon and the bells will ring, but not a problem for sure. It has a parking area right in front of the building. The pool is nice, although we didn't use it. A big plus is also the area, because the beach nearby (Kalithea) is by far the best on Kassandra. There are lots of places to eat and drink, and in Kalithea I found a place that actually has speciality coffee (for those that really like coffee, visit The Stolen Cup).

This is probably THE BEST place to stay on the island!! We loved the space, how close it was to Alikes beach and being able to run home to grab snacks or use the restroom. Perfect for a relaxed atmosphere or family vacation. Downtown is just a 5 minute drive if you want to shop or get some food. The owner recommended we visit Karagatsia beach nearby and it did not disappoint, it was so beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely go back to this place next time we're visiting! 11/10

Ο χωρος της κ. Αναστασιας ηταν εξαιρετικος! Το σπιτι μεγαλο και πεντακαθαρο . Ο κηπος ηταν τελειος! Μειναμε με το στομα ανοιχτο. Το τελειο χωριουδακι για να περασεις τις διακοπες σου. Πολλες ομορφες παραλιες σε μικρες αποστασεις. Πεντανοστιμο φαγηρο στο κλασσικο και γραφικο ταβερνακι της περιοχης. Ο κοσμος εξω καρδια. Ειμαι σιγουρος οτι θα τα ξαναπουμε στο μελλον!

Very nice new Villa in the middle of a field. 5 minutes from Pydna and Salt pans of Pydna (mineral pools), 12 minutes from Paralia lots of nearby beaches and 40 minutes from the Olympus mountain reserve. Quite place nice view everything is new: stove, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine and AC. The Villa was very clean.

Ολα ήταν πολύ καλά , καθαρό και δροσερό διαμέρισμα . Ο οικισμός άψογα περιποιημένος με το γκαζόν και τα δέντρα του και με τον κόσμο να σέβεται τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Vagelis-это лучший хост которого я когда либо встречал и просто замечательный человек ! Он всегда был рядом, когда у нас были какие либо вопросы к нему, он отвечал и помогал в разы больше, чем нам даже было нужно. Мы остались очень довольны от общения с собственником, он много помог нам в решении наших бытовых проблем, большое спасибо ему за это. Сам номер в доме, очень хороший, светлый, просторный с шикарным огромным балконом откуда открывается фантастический вид на море. Мы приезжали туда с собакой и это просто идеальное место, где одновременно можно погулять с собакой и где недалеко (в пешей доступности) находиться море, пляж и город. С нетерпением будем ждать нашего следующего отпуска, чтобы пожить там снова !

Jannis was a very good host. The place has everything needed and even some luxuries that made it feel like real holiday. The apartment is very spacious and is on walking distance from a beach bar, restaurants, shops and kinder playground. The kitchen tools are somewhat used, but all functional. BBQ on the balcony rocks!

It was beautiful, had a great time, everything looks like in pictures, the air conditioning was great, really close to the beach, like 1 minute of walk, a lot of great restaurants around, the food is great, but the people at the restaurants don’t undeserving English so good, but the location it’s perfect, and the host was really amazing, always answered questions and even helped us with the road since we came with our cars, and parking lot was great, right in front of the apartment, a lot of free parking spaces, you can see your car from the balcony, I really recommend it, we went 6 people, and it was great, we will come back definitely!
