Η εμπειρία μας στο χώρο του Δημήτρη ήταν πολύ καλή. Οργανωμένος πλήρως ο χώρος του, τακτοποιημένος, λειτουργικός και καθαρός. Πολύ κοντά σε υπέροχη θάλασσα. Ιδιωτικότητα, ασφάλεια και ησυχία. Η "συνεργασία" με τον Δημήτρη ήταν ΑΨΟΓΗ (άμεση επικοινωνία, ευγένεια, αποτελεσματικότητα). Ήταν ευχαρίστησή μας που τον γνωρίσαμε. Προτείνω το χώρο σε οποιονδήποτε επιθυμεί να κάνει τις ήρεμες διακοπές του.

Отдыхали с семьёй в этом прекрасном месте июль 2024. Могу сказать что отдых прошел превосходно. Территория комплекса очень ухоженная, много зелёни, чудесные оливы в тени которых мы любовались морем. Где бы ты не был везде открывается великолепный вид на Эгейскоге море. Это место для возрождения души и вдохновения. Хочу отметить гостеприимство Марии и её уютный дом в котором мы провели незабываемый отпуск.

Perfect location for a holiday near the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again in this location.

Our stay in the apartment in Nea Fokea was nice and pleasant. The apartment is comfortable and functional, just as it is in the description. Communication with the hosts was quick and simple. Near the apartment there is a small wild beach with a slightly steep approach. The apartment is not in the center, but it is very close to restaurants, shops, the city beach... (about 350 meters) We sincerely recommend these wonderful, friendly hosts and their apartment.

В общем нам все понравилось, хорошая территория с красивым видом на море. Отличный вариант для компании или семьи с детьми. Дом далековато расположен от моря, пешком не удобно, но если вы на машине, в 5 минутах езды есть очень классный пляж с песком и ровным заходом в море без камней, с большой парковкой, шезлонгами и зонтиками и баром, заказы приносят прямо на пляж. От нашего отдыха у нас остались положительные впечатления! Отдельное спасибо хозяйке Анне, очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная!

Katerina gördüğüm en dost canlısı ve kibar ev sahibiydi. Evi konakladığım en temiz airbnb eviydi. Kendi evimde gibi hissettim. Her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Konaklamamız boyunca kahvaltı için bahçedeki tavukların yumurtalarını tüketmemiz için dolaba koymuştu. Kibarlığı ve ilgisi için minnettarız.

House is wonderful, big enough for 3 families with kids, includes all needed ementities for comfortable long time stay. We really felt like at home. Surroundings are wonderful, green forest view from terrace, few minutes walk to the beach, which is very nice, clean, very private and not croudy, shallow and perfect for kids. We recommend this place and happy to get back again.

A very friendly family. The house is absolutely functional, with a beautiful yard and surroundings. Everything is very clean, we felt at home. See you again! :)

Ein wundervoller Platz in einem Ort ohne Touristen. Man ist im Dorfleben integriert und hat einen tollen Blick. Das Haus selber ist ein traditioneller Bau aus Stein mit hölzernen Fenstern. Aus allem spricht die Atmosphäre und könnte sicherlich viele Geschichten erzählen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Anna’s place is beautifully presented, very well equipped, and in a stunning location on top of a hill with views over the sea. It is close to a beautiful wild beach (tricky access though) as well as the town of Ouranopoli which offers lots of restaurants, shops, and other services. She is a friendly and accommodating host and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there and would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay, the house is 5 mins away from the beach and the busy area of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, but still quest at night. The hosts were very warm and open people, the place had everything that is needed for a good vacation, I for sure will stay there when traveling to Kallithea again.

Το σπίτι είναι κουκλιστικο με ωραία διακόσμηση που παραπέμπει στο παλιό αλλά με φρέσκιες και πρακτικές ιδέες! πολύ βολική τοποθεσία ήσυχο παρά πολύ ζεστό σε γενικές γραμμές όλα ήταν άψογα. θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

Είναι ένα σπίτι φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία του χωριού. Η θέα είναι καταπληκτική και είναι ίσως το μοναδικό σημείο που το καλοκαίρι απολαμβάνεις τη δροσιά στη πανέμορφη αυλή του. Είναι ένα αρχοντικο υψηλής αισθητικής και απίστευτα εξοπλισμένο. Ο κ. Στέλιος και μας υποδέχτηκε με μια υπόκρουση υπεροχης μουσικής στο πικ απ αλλά και ήρθε να μας χαιρετησει όταν φύγαμε. Ευγενέστατος και πάντα διαθέσιμος. Εννοείται θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

The place is amazing! The garden ends on the beach. Very calm and beautiful! Everything you need is in the house, there is enough space. Also a lot of restaurants 5-10 minutes walking distance. There are also places which deliver food and you can eat on the great terrace. It was very very nice stay, we recommend it for sure and will stay there again.

Отличное жилье для летнего отдыха. Находится в самом центре населенного пункта, до пляжа идти пешком 5 минут. Полностью оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина. Есть небольшой двор, где можно поесть на улице. Кровати большие и удобные, кондиционеры работают, все окна оборудованы москитными сетками. Хозяева очень приятные, сами встретили, все объяснили и показали

Fantastiskt hus allt nytt och modernt toppklass 5 minuter ner till stranden rekommenderas starkt

L'appartamento di Sergey si trova in una zona comodissima per visitare la penisola di Sithonia. A due passi dal mare nel bellissimo paesino di Paradisos raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti. Molto spazioso, comodo, dotato di tutti I comfort, la cucina è attrezzata e anche il bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato il bellissimo giardino dove si può pranzare e cenare comodamente. Pulitissimo, altamente consigliato!

Maison tres propre et idealement située (au calme mais a 100m d'une grande plage bordée de restaurants, et 1km de la ville animée de Neos Marmaras), on recommende!

The place was great for our family (parents and 2 children). The beach was private and excellent. We did not think we would use the pool but ended up going a few times and that was excellent too. The house was very spacious with lot of room, clean and comfortable. The spiral staircase may be challenging for small kids though (our kids are adults). The only real concern was the location which we thought was going to be much closer to Nea Fokea but it was 3km up the coast and not walkable to the village (the road has no sidewalk). Definitely need a car to get to the village or restaurants.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The place has everything you need, ac in all rooms, and was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the garden has great views, we had a great time!

Our family stay in Greece was wonderful, including thanks to the well-chosen house. Everything, from the meeting with the owner to the departure, was organized at the highest level. The house is suitable for living with small children despite the stairs. the territory and location of the house are very convenient. Do not worry about silence and privacy, it is all here. From my point of view, considering that it was a quiet holiday for a family with children, the house was ideal.
