We were so happy to stay at this cottage! The house was cozy and welcoming, and both our child and our dog had an amazing time. It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family getaway. We would love to come back again!

Amazing stay!! We were blown away by just how beautiful and thoughtful the cottage amenities were. The decor is like a luxury hotel - everything is brand new and perfect. We appreciated all the different outdoor spaces and made use of the dock, the deck, the fire pit and the hot tub. Despite the terrible weather, we still had lots to do and felt like a dream getaway. Can't wait to go back again!

Although the rainy anf chill weather made our bike riding trip to a simple gathering, although the widely Bell Internet outage did give us a little bit of difficulty. Buy few long time no see friends got to drink and chat in the lovely place was all worth the trip. This place is well decorated, clean and comfy. Good location for staying if you want to access those beautiful windy road in that area. Will definitely book this place again.

This place was a great size for our group of 10 and had a very spacious and comfortable main room where we could all gather to eat, play games and relax. The sauna is a nice feature as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Kersti and her co-hosts were very responsive, accomodating and helpful.

Lily’s Lakehouse was the most perfect setting for our elopement! Stunning doesn’t even describe the views and the place was beyond picture perfect. I wish we would have booked for longer! Thank you so much to Delia for being an excellent host and welcoming us into her little slice of heaven for our special day. You won’t regret booking here!

The Tall Timbers cottages were amazing! We had a large group and rented Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 for a long weekend getaway in October. Both the cottages and the beautiful surroundings delivered beyond our expectations! We always felt we were in good hands with our hosts, and we had plenty of entertainment with the beach and the provided amenities. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely do it again and recommend to friends, family, or anyone looking for a beautiful, private, and scenic getaway!

There aren’t words to describe how incredible our stay at your family cottage in Dorset was. This is our 17th year doing family cottage getaways and I can honestly say that this was by far the best. Nobody wanted the trip to end…From the gorgeous and blissful lake to the new dock filled with Muskoka chairs and enough kayaks that we went on our first ever family kayak expedition, to the neat little fire pit, to the indoor pool and the multitude of games and even a karaoke machine which was great for evenings and rainy days. The cottage was prepared with everything and anything we could have needed including the much appreciated extras like duck food for the kids to feed the duck family that frequented the dock. The cottage was spacious with enough room for everyone to sleep and live comfortably, and beautifully decorated and we truly felt that it was a home away from home. The Gerbers are hosts extraordinaire and we hope that we can return again for another wonderful family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly loved by its owners. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect touches for relaxation, and everything was in excellent working order. Any questions we had were answered immediately, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail went into creating such a welcoming space. An amazing property with the most hospitable of hosts. The Cooperage House sits on a picture perfect lake surrounded by romantic ruins . It has all the amenities that you could ever want. Theater room, hottub, suana, firepit, firewood, tent outside, multiple grills, fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated. Kitchen is luxurious. Large deck for entertaining. Large property for keeping children busy. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The host was great. Easy and responsive communication. Very accomodating. The place was extremely clean and there was something to do for all ages. We would love to go back!

This was by far our best Airbnb stay. The house was extremely clean, spotless rooms . The furniture is very beautiful and in harmony with the surrounding nature. The host Lisa was very responsive. The outdoor space was very beautiful with a running river steps outside the home. Everything at this house was very well thought of. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed for two nights with my husband and our dog, and we loved it! The place was cozy yet modern, with all the essentials—heating, cooling, and wifi. The bathroom was a definite highlight for us. Everything was just as described, and the little jar of honey was such a sweet touch. We also appreciated the bug helmets and Thermacell—super handy! The location was great, and having easy access to the Oxtongue River and dock was super convenient. Kayaks and canoes were also included in the booking. The views were beautiful, and the outdoor space was both peaceful and functional. Check-in was smooth, and the host had great communication and was very responsive. The cabin’s modern design really stood out. Thanks so much for having us—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Karm was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped — every little detail was thought of and well-organized. The property itself is fantastic, overlooking a stunning lake, and the cottage is tastefully designed with a modern touch. We especially enjoyed our morning coffees on the set up floating dock, complete with Muskoka chairs — a perfect way to start the day! There's also plenty of outdoor equipment available for those who enjoy being out on the water. Highly recommended!

Ashley is a gem and her place is truly a diamond. Her place was absolutely pristine (and I am super picky about the cleanliness of any place I stay in) - she had all the amenities and her whole place looks like it’s straight out of a magazine. Her cottage is in a beautiful and quiet area, giving us some real serenity from the city life. Although our stay was short it was truly perfect and we would love to come back especially during the fall when the leaves turn colour.

(This review was written by my wife, Tami) As we drove up the secluded lane that led into the enchanted forest we knew that we had found a gem.The cottage was charming & spotless with a huge deck that set high up in the trees. The sauna & hot tub provided pure relaxation at the end of our days. The dock was huge with comfortable seating, we even had 2 loons gliding by each day! We hiked to waterfalls, fished & took the canoe for a paddle. Our pups loved our daily adventures! Mark was the perfect host & easy to contact if needed. a really nice stay with Nat. the accommodations were perfect, nice and clean, everything you need is there in the accommodation. love the area, right by lake wilbermere great for swimming and fishing. quiet in the park at night which was really peaceful. accommodations are close to wilberforce. Definitely worth the stay. Will definitely be back next time we're back in my hometown.

We had the best week here. The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen, everything in the cottage is clean and in good condition. We skied at Sir Sam’s and it’s within walking distance (for older children). Our younger kids enjoyed the games and large deck to play on. The cottage has everything but towels! Make sure to bring those with.
