The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished, the furnishings consist of high-quality wooden furniture in a rural style. Through the panoramic window from the living room, you have a magnificent view of the mountains. Lake Simsee is almost at your feet, Lake Chiemsee and the lake district are in close proximity. Cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing or just relaxing. Everything is possible here.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Pony riding is available and guests can bring their own horse to the farm and explore the fantastic view of the Chiemgau alpine panorama high on horseback.
