A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms as well as a toilet in the loft on top of our storage room/carpenter's stall (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available to rent 100 SEK/guest). The guest will clean up and dispose of garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in via a lockbox. Check-in at 4pm Check out before 11am

How about resting at the Fortress, overlooking the city, close to everything you could need? Haldenhytta has a charm you discover as soon as you see the space at the top of the cobblestone hill. Here, the tour areas at Fortress meet the old downtown. The host lives here partly himself, so some private things will be there. It is possible to rent rooms for a more reasonable price, if guests want to stay here while the host is home. The house in the lush garden is located on the pilgrim trail. Older cozy little cottage out in the countryside, located on our farm, where we live with our children. Sunny and quiet location with close to nature. It is best suited for 2 people and works for 3. Approximately 24 sqm. Kitchen and living room/bedroom. The WC (earth toilet) and shower are located in separate building about 20m behind the cottage. By car, about 25 minutes to Strömstad about 15 minutes to Nordby shopping about 15 minutes to Norwegian borders about 20min to the sea about 12min to highway

The days may be spent in the forest and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once at home, maybe light the wood stove and let the tanks of the day's events hike.

Klevtangen Cabin - the perfect getaway for two

Surrounded by the lake Store Erte on three sides, Klevtangen is an idyllic place for "twoness" close to nature. Here you can quickly get out for a walk, or enjoy the endless view of water and forest. Klevtangen is a forest cabin without electricity and water, and is located approx. 700 meters from the parking spot. Here you can stay in simple luxury, and deep in the forest! There is poor cellular service in the area, so here you can really relax.
