This is a modern basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. We live in the house. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and cultural events. Close to the city center, quiet surroundings

Central apartment in quiet surroundings. Newly renovated. White goods, spacious, free parking and beds made. The apartment is located on the ground floor with another apartment above, so you can hear the people on the 2nd floor walking on the floor but not their voices, if the living room door is closed. So it's not completely soundproof unfortunately.
