The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The house between Dresden and Leipzig is like a gateway to bygone times: stone floor in the hallway, a bright, friendly kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace and large sofa and visible timber and sleeping chambers upstairs. The absence of entertainment electronics really offers peace and quiet. The surrounding nature reserve "Döbener Wald" invites you to take long walks and from the castle courtyard you have a wonderful view over the Mulden Valley.

If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

Finally, relax, chill, swim or exercise, such as Cycling, inliner, hiking or water sports, everything possible. Then we have something for you, an entire cottage for you. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious cottage is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
