The unit is located in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood, which is located in the western part of Haifa, right on the Carmel ridge. The neighborhood stands on a hilly topography, with a structure of slopes descending to the sea – which gives it a spectacular view that combines sea and mountains. Nearby you can find a commercial center with a supermarket, laundry and synagogue.
