Very good family apartment — clean, modern, and cozy. We stayed there over the weekend and had a wonderful time. The place was very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Just a small note: on weekdays, you might hear some train noise — nothing critical, but worth mentioning. The host was great — very friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Orit's unit is charming. This is not an ordinary Airbnb, it is evident that the planning was done with special attention and with extraordinary investment. The place is pleasant, comfortable, quiet, inviting, bright, well-equipped, and well-designed. The garden is also magical and the window from the kitchen to the garden is very beautiful. Orit is an excellent host in every way. She really cares that the hosting will be good and that the guests will feel good and that nothing will be missing. We would be very happy to come back.

A special apartment with a charming Haifa atmosphere. Old but well-maintained and clean. Great breeze and nice view. Efi and Rachel were very available and friendly. We'll be back to this apartment.

Great communication, great location. I enjoyed my stay very much, even with everything going on. It’s worth noting that the airbnb is itself a safe space with steel covers over windows, so it’s extremely safe place to be during these times.

We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The location is amazing – just a street below Talpiot Market. The room was small but beautifully designed, with a lot of attention to detail and aesthetics. It really felt like everything was thoughtfully curated. There was also a small balcony which was lovely to sit on and relax. One thing to note is that the sound insulation wasn’t ideal – you could hear a lot of the street noise during the day. Thankfully, it quieted down at night and we were able to get a good night’s sleep.

Everything was great. I was able to enjoy the stay. Apartment is easy to reach and conveniently located to attractions and everything else you need. Communication was also very good

The apartment was amazing, there are three bedrooms, each with a toilet and shower that was not mentioned and it's a shame because it adds, in addition there was a protected space that saved us. A beautiful, spacious, and fun new apartment. There was a response and help was given that was needed.

It's a stylish, clean, and modern space in a new building, with a dedicated workspace, a mamad (safe room), and a balcony with lovely views - perfect for enjoying my morning coffee (there’s a great coffee spot just around the corner, by the way). Liya is an amazing host - friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She shared fantastic recommendations for the local area, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, being right in front of the beach was a dream come true, and the neighborhood was lovely and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. The only thing I wished they offered parking inside building and not street parking to avoid two unnecessary parking tickets we received during our stay.

me and my two children,one of them is disabled,were happy. The apartment is luxurious,everything you need is there. Clean, the sea is within reach. Nearby shops and places to eat. Tatiana is the best in communication and is always in touch. What I lacked: first aid kit (basic things ,like a patch ".But there is a pharmacy nearby. Tatiana has a huge respect for the relationship,for taste,for humanity. The children want to come back again❤️

We spent the weekend at Sea N’ Rent and had an incredible time. We absolutely love Haifa, and the apartment’s location couldn’t be better-just a 5-minute walk to the lively bar scene and 10 minutes to the beach. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed-from towels to kitchen utensils-and felt like a home away from home. The host was super friendly and always available for anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Building is an old office building. Inside it renovated a guest complex that includes a number of rooms. For the first time when you enter it seems a bit strange but inside everything is really neat and comfortable down to the smallest details. The location is amazing, close to everything. On one hand Wadi Nisnes, on the other hand, the heart of the historic Hadar neighborhood. Adjacent to Masaryk Square with Carmelit station and buses everywhere. Recommend the special pastries of the nearby Mafia on Herzl Street

Convenient, cozy and comfortable. Place, amenities is just as described, great views of the ocean, free parking and close to the beach. Check in and out was easy, very fast internet. Washer and dryer in the unit came in handy. Just what we needed for a two night stay in the area. Prompt, helpful and clear communication with host.

I had such a lovely stay at this cozy apartment! From the moment I walked in, it felt warm and welcoming. Just the right size – perfect for relaxing after a long day. Including a well-stocked kitchen and clean. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly feels like a little home away from home.

I was worried that the description of the apartment was exaggerated and some of my local relatives told that it’s a bad area and that’s why the rental price was low. After canceling I rebooked again. The host Meir has been nothing but amazing in responding to any concerns. The apartment is one of the most beautiful apartment I have ever seen. A lot of the furniture is new. It was clean, incredible balcony, spectacular view from the 24th floor. Comfortable beds and pillows. He had soap available for the washing machine. He had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Some of my relatives that saw the apartment are already thinking of booking it for birthday parties or their own vacations.. if I come back in Haifa, I will definitely book that same apartment.

Great place with amazing balcony and sea view!! Came with my wife and 2 of our kids, the rooms are really Spacious with plenty of storage space, will definitely recommend!
