Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, great, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is really a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!

We arrived late, yet we were greeted very kindly. For the safety of our baby, the owner made a grille with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we didn't lack anything. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately it wasn't allowed at that time. Next time we go, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you continued success!
