Wow, this place exceeded our expectations. It really is a gem of a place. The barn is set in a beautiful well maintained garden and the interior is done to a very high standard. As you walk into the barn you immediately feel how clean, fresh and immaculate it is. It is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The king size bed with the silky sheets give you that extra comfort and luxury. The kitchen is well provided. Some lovely personal touches on arrival like homemade cake and cookies plus milk, bread and croissants. Our favourite spot had to be the comfortable private patio. Surrounded by a large maintained paddock with trees in the distance. It was incredibly peaceful, just surrounded by the wildlife and bird calls. Pure escapism from the hustle and bustle of life. Hosts Kevin and Ingrid have to be the friendliest hosts we have come across. Excellent communication. They made sure they were there to welcome you and say goodbye. They deserve 6*. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

The Barn is fantastic! High end luxurious quality to everything along with very comfy beds! Everything you could want is supplied and more! Beautiful peaceful location with views to die for and so lovely to sit outside in the evenings chilling. Recommend visits to Lincolnshire Aviatiin Heritage Museum, Woodhall Spa, Gunby Hall and Skegness ( all no more than half an hour away) Good food at The Admiral Rodney Hotel , Horncastle, George & Dragon Hamworthingham and The Leagate Inn, Coningsby.

we had a fantastic few days in Debbie's shepherd's hut. it was exactly as described and spotless and beautiful. The location is peaceful and extremely pretty. The little special bits like homemade soaps and candles were exquisite. All in all a beautiful weekend was had and even got a little goody bag as a gift. will definitely book again.

We had a great few days at the cottage, whilst we explored the local area and coastline. Christine was very helpful and accommodating as we booked at very late notice. Certainly would look to return again in the future.
