We offer a beautiful apart. in Hagen university district. It is beautifully located in the green. The train station and the city center can be reached quickly. The bus connection is also great and the Fernuni is within walking distance in only 15 min. A small Rewe is about 9 min. walk away and offers everything you need including a small bakery. The highway is also not far. My husband and I live on the ground floor of the house and are happy to help. Bed linen + towels are included in the price.

In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.
