The bus connection is also great and the Fernuni is within walking distance in only 15 min. A small Rewe is about 9 min. walk away and offers everything you need including a small bakery. The highway is also not far. My husband and I live on the ground floor of the house and are happy to help. Bed linen + towels are included in the price.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...
