We offer a beautiful apart. in Hagen university district. It is beautifully located in the green. The train station and the city center can be reached quickly. The bus connection is also great and the Fernuni is within walking distance in only 15 min. A small Rewe is about 9 min. walk away and offers everything you need including a small bakery. The highway is also not far. My husband and I live on the ground floor of the house and are happy to help. Bed linen + towels are included in the price.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request.
