❤️Welcome to the sunny Lottchens Möwennest. Our lovingly furnished apartment is centrally located and quietly located in the middle of Scharbeutz. In just a 3-minute walk you are on the beach and sea and the smell of the breakfast rolls is not far away. The pedestrian zone with many restaurants is in the immediate vicinity of our newly renovated gull party. You will feel comfortable in this historic rear cottage from 1648. Clay walls and wooden floors breathe stories and history. On 120 square meters, you don't have to do without modern amenities. From the heart of Holstein with rolling hills, forests and meadows, you are 15-20 minutes away from the Baltic Sea/Scharbeutz or one of the numerous swimming lakes. Eutin or Bad Segeberg with the Karl May Festival are not far away. Lübeck's fantastic old town can be reached in 25 minutes.

It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The 230 sqm living space with open large new kitchen, dining and living area, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is perfect for 10 guests. The front outdoor area with garden and large terrace as well as the rear garden area with another terrace and large green area complete the comfort. All this is just 6 minutes from the beach!

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
