The sunny and bright apartment (45 m²) is located in a south-west location in the Baltic Sea resort of Scharbeutz, only 30 m from the Baltic Sea and is lovingly furnished for a maximum of 4 people. It has good facilities with exclusive bathroom furniture. The apartment is located right on the beach. You just cross the beach avenue and you're already in the dunes. Nevertheless, it is a quiet location, as the terrace is away from the street. The apartment is very bright as it gets sunlight all day.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Shops, bakeries, boutiques as well as cafés, beach bars, and restaurants are nearby. The combination of a central location and pleasant tranquility ensures excellent relaxation and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
