Nevertheless, it is a quiet location, as the terrace is away from the street. The apartment is very bright as it gets sunlight all day.

Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.
