Newly equipped with a lot of love for detail - here you can simply be and enjoy and have only very short distances. One bedroom and a very high quality sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 people. Relaxed dining or a sundowner on the sun balcony on the 3rd floor? Bicycles and cars can be accommodated in the underground parking lot. In the heart of Scharbeutz!

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Romantic getaway for two right on the sea. Our apartment on the 11th floor of the Hansatower with a wide view over the Bay of Lübeck. There is no more sea! High-quality furnishings. In complete silence, you can enjoy the expanse, with access to the beach right outside the front door and all the possibilities for excursions and cycling in the nature of Holstein Switzerland and the surrounding towns.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quietly located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.
