What a beautiful lodge, in a tranquil setting. The accommodation was as described. Home from home. Very clean & spacious. Everything you could need, was there (including a decent hairdryer)! Great hosts, gave us clear instructions from how to get there, collecting the key, to what was in the local area. We will definitely be returning, in fact we didn't want to leave! 🥰

I cannot recommend Amanda's place enough. The house and garden are truly lovely. It is quiet, peaceful and so comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is wonderful and the overall stay is great. There are a couple of pubs with really great menus just around the corner and there are some nice walks around lakes from the doorstep. I was here under very sad family circumstances and Amanda's kindness and thoughtfulness were so appreciated. Thank you Amanda!

What a fantastic place! Sue and Roy were super helpful throughout - really clear instructions and communication. The space was clean and well stocked with breakfast bits, tea and coffee and everything we could want and need. The area is a quiet village, and our hosts were great in giving recommendations for food and helping us get taxis to a local venue we were attending. Both Sue and Roy were really friendly and went above and beyond with making sure we had the best stay. They were definitely best hosts we have had before. We would absolutely recommend this place!
