Tiny house, tiny price (most of the time), tiny expectations — but big location. If you want something simple within a 5–10min walk from everything, this tiny space might be perfect. If you expect luxury, space, silence and hotel service — this is not your place. Inside is an 8 m² room — perfect if you travel light or like each other. This place is small and quirky — if you’re picky, you might want to look elsewhere. Outside: seating area, barbecue and eco-toilet. Shower in the main house.

The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard.
