Simple and cozy accommodation for 2 in a quiet area of Haapsalu city center. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a house without an elevator. The apartment has one room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and the necessary dishes. The living room has a double bed, sofa and TV. There is a big shopping mall nearby and the old town is within walking distance. No parties or similar events. Pets are not allowed. Night peace is between 11:00pm - 7:00am.

We’ve put a lot of heart into this space and hope you’ll feel right at home. Just a 5-minute walk to the city center & shopping mall. From there, a 10-minute stroll down Haapsalu’s beautifully renovated main street leads to the Old Town. Across the street is a sports complex with courts, gyms, water park and skatepark.

Private house with a small yard is located in the middle of the beautiful Haapsalu in Kalevi area. The building is new and offers all the modern comforts. The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.

For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
