The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

Welcome to our tiny house "Circus Wagon" :) The real circus wagon was rebuilt with a lot of love for detail and combines coziness, modernity and nostalgia. Simply something special. It is located on our farm on a separate fruit meadow, overlooking the beautiful nature. And it can accommodate up to 4 people, with a bedroom, a living area and a modern kitchenette.
