The enclosed courtyard has a children's playground, a cauldron, a covered barbecue, sun loungers and parking spaces for 2 cars. The house is equipped with electric heating per room and a central high-performance air conditioner. Smart TVs in the rooms, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee maker in the kitchen.

In the garage, 2 cars can park for free, and 1 more car can park directly in front of the apartments on the street, free of charge.
