The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

It was a house that met our expectations. The garden, balcony, terrace , barbecue area, winter garden were areas to have a good time with your child. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. We had a hot water problem that works with solar energy only due to the season and the fact that the weather is not sunny. Even though we did the instruction given by the host, the hot water came one day, the other days did not come. I don't think this will be a problem in the summer. Everything else was very nice.

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel like we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Pierre was great host. The place near to sea you can walk from home. The you will have private space in garden to getting relax. All equipment was available at the home. You will enjoy during your vacation☺️

Our second stay, the house is tremendously comfortable and easily accessible. I highly recommend it in your choice.

The house was as it appeared in the photos and had a great location. The beach was lovely; just a few stones as you enter the sea, then you enjoy the soft sand. Having mosquito nets on all the windows allowed us to protect ourselves from mosquitoes. The layout of the house was quite functional and there were enough towels. Ms. Ayla was extremely caring and welcomed all our requests. The house was clean in general, but it made it a little hard to find a no-alcoholic place in the surrounding area. There was air conditioning in only one bedroom, but the fans were enough when we went. Night walks on the beach were not safe, as wild pigs descended at night. A car is a must because there is no place to reach on foot, but there were minibuses to Çeşme. Overall, a home and environment we can choose again; we are satisfied.

Stayed here for 3 days. It was a little cold because it was winter, but the host was very kind and nice.

It was a comfortable and clean place. We loved it.

Our holiday, which we started on July 7, was really perfect, our host was like the brother of the house, he was always very interested, we felt at home, it was a magnificent peaceful holiday, thank you very much for his warmth for his interest in Mr. Eran, we now have a house in the fountain

For those staying in the winter, even if the natural gas worked in the house, it was very cold. There was no hot water. The photos of the house look like a full villa, but it was divided into 2 and rented in the description, we didn't see it, keep in mind. The furniture and items were high quality, the linens were clean, the interest was nice, and the interest was nice. We were able to have fun and the sound didn't come out when the window was closed. Cesme was far from the center. The floors were very cold and there were no slippers.

I’ve had many airbnb stays…whether in & outside Turkey but this stay was out of this world. With my family, we spent a fantastic 7-day at the beautifully furnished, well-organized house and we couldnt have felt more at home. Victoria is hosting this beautiful house right at the seafront with her in-laws. Mr Osman and Mrs Semra are one of the kindest, most attentive and considerate people I’ve ever met. They’ve made our stay more memorable with their hospitality & engaging conversations. The place is very well-organized (in terms of amenities & furniture & utilities), has a breathtaking view overlooking the sea, a convenient beach. It is 8km away from the nearest town with shops & supermarkets. 30-40 km away from hotspots like Çeşme & Alaçatı. It has been a delight for us to stay at this place. We will most definitely be back. Special thanks to Osman & Semra for being the most amazing hosts ever!

We think the Aegean is already beautiful. The location of the house was also very nice, the terrace was very pleasant. If you have a car, there are also very nice bays to go around. You can also enter right in front of the house, if there is a little wavy children in the sea, it may be easier to enter from the pier. The host, Ms. Derya, was a very thoughtful and polite host. We felt like we were in our own home. See you again. As my son said, we will miss it

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

Gündüz Bey's duplex villa is perfectly located and very near (30 meters) to Ürkmez Beach. It is the last house of the row of houses on the shore line, so it has perfect view of the beach and the sea from every floor of the house. The large living room and the bed rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors all have balconies and perfect views towards the sea side. The furniture, kitchen, beds, and all accessories are a perfect fit for this awesome beach-front house. My wife, kids and I were very pleased. On top of that, Gündüz Bey is a very friendly and helpful host, who at all times was very eager to add value to our stay at his house.

Perfect apartment, especially for 2 people. Super nice location. Very idyllic in a small harbor on a beautiful peninsula. (Finding the location was difficult as a faulty link was sent at the confirmation)

If you want a peaceful holiday, it would be a very refined choice. Ms. Bala's house... The cleanliness of the house, its location, the wonderful sunset, the sincere hospitality of the host Ms. Bala was worth everything. Watching the sun set in the front yard adds life to your life. And the neighborhood's four-legged friends were so beautiful that they brightened up my holiday. I mean, everything was clean and peaceful, thank you.
