This is a wonderful property in a great location. The host’s instructions were very thorough and helpful. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean with luxurious bedrooms and modern decor throughout. The area is fabulous for eating out - we were spoilt for choice and the host’s recommendations were super helpful. Parking is close and straightforward. Highly recommend!

We booked this place as we were going to Warwick castle. Was a 10 min drive away but could have walked! Nice spacious rooms. Lovely and clean. Shops close nearby. Great instructions and communication. Can’t fault it really! If we came back down probably would try and book again!

Perfect place for a single traveler that wanted a base to sleep at whilst out during the daytime. Quiet street, clean and tidy with good facilities. Great communication with the host. The only tiny thing I would like if I revisited would be some milk sachets to go with the tea and coffee already provided.

Great place to stay and exceptional value for money with free parking outside the door. Had everything you needed for your stay. Clean and well thought out. Although right next to the train line, it didn't bother us. You could hear the trains if windows were open but hardly heard them when windows were closed. Ear plugs were provided but we didn't need them. We did a lovely walk to Hatton Locks (Stairway to Heaven) along the canal and had a meal in the Hatton Arms which was lovely. Another day we walked around lovely Warwick, around the racecourse then along the canal and river to Leamington Spa with its lovely gardens. Then walked back to Warwick. Ended our lovely day out with a takeaway from the Giggling Squid delivered to our door. It was delicious in the poshest take away boxes I've ever seen. I do use the word lovely a lot in this feedback but that's because the whole weekend stay was just simply that. Lovely! Thank you.
