“The house is beautifully situated, the rooms and the garden are facing the mountains and the old mountain village Gurro. It invites you to linger and rest and is also a great starting point for hikes in the mountains. The hostess Uschi has received me warmly and is very helpful. She knows the village and the inhabitants and is happy to give advice on trips and hikes in the area. There is delicious breakfast with good regional products. In front of the house there is a small garden with possibilities for barbecues and baking or just relaxing with a view of the village and the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped. I felt very well, thank you for the great time at Casa ai Monti, I'll be back ...”

“Christians place is in the most beautiful quiet traditional town, but walking distance to the slightly busier area of S. Maria Maggiore where there are lots of little local shops and restaurants. The view from the kitchen window was the highlight of our stay, looking over the stone top roofs and mountains. The bed was very comfy with lots of different sheets for different weather, and the entire flat was immaculately clean- after travelling around Europe for two weeks the three nights we spent here where the highlight of our trip. Christian was friendly and helpful and we could honestly not fault our stay at all, I wish we could have stayed longer, and we would love to come back. Thank you Christian!”
