She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 square meter terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Lake Klopein, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Kerrtu is a lovely host, she cares a lot about the comfort of her guests and offers a really warm Finnish-Austrian hospitality. Always available on the phone, she responds quickly to any request and most of all she has a really friendly and welcoming character. The apartment is REALLY charming!

Here you can feel absolutely comfortable. Furnished with a lot of love, everything you need and perfectly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a long time. The location is fantastic and super quiet. Dieter and his wife are very warm people and take excellent care of you excellently.
