Communication was very friendly and competent in advance. We then contacted you on site about the key handover. The loft is centrally located and yet very quiet. Parking in front of the door incl. Wallbox. The warm and clean loft is very inviting, with lots of great details. Here, the timber frame is combined with modern technology and an innovative style. The beds are a dream☺️ We felt super comfortable. Roland was open to our questions and helped us in a very friendly way. We would definitely recommend it and I have also requested another appointment ☺️ Thank you Roland and family for your hospitality ☺️

Quiet private oasis with rooftop terrace in the historic ensemble in the old town. Everything you need for a successful vacation is within walking distance. We slept very well in the bed and enjoyed the days in the beautiful Eichstätt very much.

Paul's place was exactly what we were looking for. perfect location for participating in the Rothsee Triathlon. Everything was super clean and there was everything you need. The special thing for us, although he didn't want to rent the apartment at the weekend, Paul got it organized. For this, there should be 5 extra points.

We rented Katharina's apartment for two days and felt completely comfortable as a family with a toddler. The space is modern, clean and very tastefully decorated – ideal for families. Katharina and her family were super warm and helpful. The location in Gundelfingen is wonderfully idyllic and perfect for relaxing. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly welcomed by Anne and her husband and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Both were available to us at any time for questions or requests and gave us great recommendations for excursions in the area. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. You can tell that there was a lot of love for detail. You can tell that the two hosts care about the well-being of their guests. Our little son was thrilled with the beautiful colorful garden and the dog Amy and was very happy about the box of Duplo, which stood at our door in the evening. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Everything worked out very well. Hedwig was always approachable with questions and gave us helpful tips. The house has everything you need for a nice vacation. Colmberg is not the center of the world, but it was perfect for us. My grandchildren, who stayed in another accommodation, enjoyed the animals in the deer enclosure.

This is by far one of the best airbnbs experience I’ve had! EVERYTHING was just perfect! Great place for a family get a way, for 5 couples, or even for a team workcation. Highly recommended! The place has everything you need 😍

All around a successful stay in Julia's house. We (5 people) rented both apartments, which was very convenient (separate but still together in one house). Great: Parking in front of the house. We loved that we were allowed to rent the house for just two nights. The location was great for us, as we were quickly at Rothsee from Julia's house (triathlon). Great old house that has been very tastefully renovated. Absolutely recommended 👍😊

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

Great, very charming (wood is great) and very family-friendly house. Everything is as the host Markus describes it. Three adults and three children had enough space and a lot of fun in this house. Thank you. I would be happy to come back.

We felt right at home here. We enjoyed relaxing and using the barbecue in the private backyard. Michael was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully within walking distance. By car, you can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes! Would book the apartment again.

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very nice! The house is located on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was prepared for us in a sparkling clean manner. On foot or by car, a beautiful farm and the Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and always looked forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for a great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

Cora was always very easy to reach before arrival, she was there in person for the key handover. The reception was very friendly, we also received a bottle of wine - thank you! The apartment was super clean and fully equipped, everything worked as it should. There was also a coffee machine! We cooked three times, everything was there. The garden is large and versatile, fantastic. We just didn't get the wood, it was too damp. We just roasted the meat instead of grilling it. From the apartment, we did a two-hour hike through great nature with many nice encounters, great! KOMOOT's suggestion was really good. At night it was very quiet here, we sat outside in the evening under the pergola until it got too cool, and then continued to discuss in the living room. Overall a very nice stay. We fully recommend the apartment for 4 people and Cora as a host.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in this lovely area of Bavaria. The small farm holding and variety of animals together with the colourful artwork outside gave a very bohemian first impression. Kim was a very friendly and helpful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation gave us everything we needed for self catering.
