Vacation rentals with lake access in Guntersville

The house was great! Beautiful views... right on the lake..hot tub. Patio was enormous! Nice being able to grill. Showers were perfect and plenty of bathrooms! I'm a homebody but was totally comfortable. Any questions, the host responded IMMEDIATELY! She's great! Looking forward to my next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Living. This was our second stay and hopefully won’t be our last. The home and boathouse are beautiful and the location is central to town. The bream fishing off the dock was great which really made my grandmother happy. Eric is a great host who always communicated well. He also went above and beyond to handle any questions or concerns that we had. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place to relax and have a great time! We stayed here for our son’s wedding and it was perfect! Thanks for hosting us and the helpful communication. We will definitely be back when we need a get-a-way!

Beautiful backyard. Best sleep of my life on the mattress they had. House was perfect for what we needed and the host was incredibly responsive.

Adorable lake house in great location. Home was very clean and nicely stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Spacious for our family of 7and quiet neighborhood. We loved walking down to the lake in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. Beds are firm and very comfy. There are extra blankets too. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, and wash clothes. The large bathtub was so nice to relax in and the body jets in the shower were amazing! The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans, dish washing liquid, trash bags, and all kinds of seasonings. The living room furniture was comfortable and included family games. You literally just need to bring yourself and your clothes as this place has everything you need. Also, Publix is only 12 mins away for groceries. We loved our stay and would most definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience all the way around loved the cottage feel and the convince to all the shops and restaurants around , the host were awesome at responding to us when we had a question .

We had a wonderful stay at Gunter Lodge on Lake Guntersville! The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly as described in the listing. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If we’re ever back in Guntersville, we would absolutely book this place again. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing stay! Although it rained all the days we were there, it was great family bonding time with many games played and time spent fishing when we could. The house was as advertised. Only a couple of minor things came up that in no way hindered our stay. It would be normal things that would happen at your own home. Roger was always quick to respond with answers to questions that we had and was very helpful during the booking process. All of our kids made the statement that they would rather come back and stay here than go on a big trip. If you’re looking to get away and enjoy family time, this place is perfect for just that! Thank you Roger for sharing your property with us, and we are already looking forward to the next time!🙂

We loved our stay!! It was easy to locate and we had no problems getting checked in. The home was clean and there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Martha and Roy occupy the main home & we saw them during our visit, but they were both so kind and welcoming. They provided us some great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The stay was very close to town. We definitely recommend the stay!

5 Stars – A Perfect Anniversary Getaway! We stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. Every moment was peaceful and relaxing. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel extra special. The view of Guntersville Lake from the house was breathtaking — truly a highlight of the trip. We fell in love with this little slice of heaven and can’t wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay in this exceptional accommodation! This was the cleanest and most welcoming place we could have ever imagined! The kitchen was stocked well with seasonings, utensils, dinnerware, and pots and pans. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire unit was well decorated and well maintained. One of our favorite features was the design of the floor of the walk in shower! Another welcoming aspect was the privacy and the area of the whole property.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s nice every time! We love the location and the condo is always nice and clean.

This place was beautiful and so peaceful!! My husband and I stayed 4 days and didn’t want to leave! We had some car trouble and the host tried to help us out the best they could while being out of town! Christina was super sweet and messaged back quickly! They have a book that you can write your experience down! It was so sweet seeing a couple that wrote about celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary and we were there celebrating our 1st! It was wonderful and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful place to stay. You feel at home the second you walk through the doors. Owners let my son play with the toys they had outside. Always checking in to ensure everything was perfect for us! Will definitely be booking again.

This place was amazing. Very private, and clean. The location couldn’t have been better. We sat down at the docks for hours and just felt great. Very small town, but good restaurants, and the bigger cities are within 30 minutes. Jessica was a great host and we can’t wait to come back.

Such a great spot on the lake and the house really takes advantage with great views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Trudy’s home on the lake was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I for the long weekend. Close proximity to a lot of natural beauty with waterfalls and hiking trails. It’s also right on the lake and I loved spending an afternoon in my hammock on the dock. The bugs stayed away until the sun started going down! This older home has lots of natural charm with sweet homey touches like extra quilts and lots of classic floral decor! I wouldn’t recommend bringing small children because there are several (adorable) decorative elements that might be prone to breakage and there is nothing preventing access to the lake once outside.

One of our new favorite places to stay! Kerry was extremely helpful and responsive. Checked in on us during bad weather! We went to one of the recommended places to eat (docks and decks) and it was FANTASTIC! My son loved the tree house as well as the playgroundand my wife loves the screened in porches yes 2 of them and I loved the lake being an avid fisherman even caught a bass right off the bank! We will definitely be back!

Depsite the unexpected rain and storms, the stay at Kevin's lovely home was peaceful and pleasant. The home is easy to find with GPS and is in a secluded neighborhood on Guntersville Lake. The description of the home was highly accurate and it was very welcoming and quiet. I would recommend anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay to try this one out.

I had an amazing time! I will definitely book again in the near future. The house and location was so peaceful to celebrate my birthday. I woke up and sat on the dock at the sunrise until the sunset, and it was beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! I also went fishing, which was on my bucket list lol. Had an amazing time! Bring some bug repellents lol… the mosquitos tore me up 😂😂😂

This place is just beautiful! It is so serene and not one detail was missed. Everything is perfectly clean, decorated and labeled. The beds and pillows were super comfortable too. It felt just like home to us! We really enjoyed our mornings on the porch watching the wildlife. We even saw deer and an adorable groundhog! Check in was a breeze with our great host! Would absolutely love to visit again and will definitely recommend to anyone we know heading to this area!

My teenage daughter's got to the house before I did. They kept talking about how they wanted their own house to look exactly like this one. Our guests told us how much they liked it. They even began asking how much we paid to reserve it. They seemed like they were considering reserving it for themselves. The stocked kitchen was definitely a sight for sore eyes too!
