The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Apartment with pool in Mörrum

Apartment above garage outside Mörrum, proximity to Mörrumsån. The apartment can accommodate 4-5 people. There is a bed (1.20 wide), a sofa bed (1.40 wide) and access to an extra bed. The apartment has a living room and open floor plan with kitchen, dining table, bedroom and office space. Toilet with shower. Outside the apartment, there is a patio with barbecue and garden furniture. Heated pool available from June - August, shared with the host. Not rented to families with children under 10 years of age as the plot is not child-friendly.

Lillstugan

Welcome to our Lillstuga in southern Hoka. The cottage is located on our farm and right by Långasjön. The cottage is surrounded by horse pastures and our own private residence. (One picture is of our private residence). Here you have access to the beach, jetty, fishing boat and swimming raft. In the cabin, there is a sofa bed. The cottage is equipped with a portable induction hob, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses. In the cabin, there is an air pump that provides both heat and cooling. Pets are not allowed!

If you want to swim, fish and enjoy Sweden's Garden. We are renting our cabin by Långasjön, Asarum, Blekinge. Swimming area just below the cottage on the plot where the boat is moored. Within walking distance you will find a campground with a larger swimming area, miniature golf and coffee to buy. There is also a restaurant that offers coffee and vegetarian food within walking distance of our cottage. A few kilometers to the north there is an outdoor area with an outdoor gym, sauna, lake to swim in, exercise loops and barbecue areas.

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends in this peaceful place to stay with an outdoor deck overlooking the river. Mörrumsån flows through the village and here is also the company that has made Svängsta known all over the world: ABU Garcia. For those interested in exercise, a new skate hall, sports ground with tennis court and football fields, a sports hall, ski and cross-country ski trails, electrically lit exercise loops around Abborrsjön, cycling and hiking trails along Mörrumsån are offered.

Escape to a charming cottage surrounded by nature and just a short bike ride from Mörrum train station. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a peaceful retreat close to water and walking trails. The cottage sleeps 3–4 guests and features comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for 1–2 guests, dining area, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Small but well-equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. WC and shower. No fishing allowed.

Rural back yard house

Quiet and pleasant location in a rural environment. Three kilometers from the center of Karlshamn, three kilometers to the beach. The house is surrounded by fields and forest areas with mountain bike loops and opportunities for nice walks. Patio with barbecue facilities and west-facing balcony. The house is close to the host family's residential building, but with limited visibility and separate patios.

Shed

A 12 m² shed in a beautiful garden, attached to an old house. Rural feel but only 1 km to Karlshamn city center and the sea. It's the little red cottage that counts. The larger light gray house in one picture is the main house on the property. During even weeks, it is possible to choose guest rooms in the large house instead at a slightly lower price. There's a 90-bed. Then there's the shower.

Sweet little house with 6 beds

A peaceful accommodation with proximity to nature, hiking trails, lakes and 100 meters from Mörrumsån. Mörrumsån is known for its salmon fishing. The small house is located in the middle of Svängsta about 12 km from Karlshamn and 20 km from Norje (SwedenRock) and 700 meters to the grocery store

Nice newly-built apartment, located in a quiet area next to the forest, large balcony outside the entrance, located on the 2nd floor above a garage. Guests are alone in the building. 2 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people, there is also an extra bed if needed.
