Dieses abgeschiedene Juwel verfügt über eine eigene Zufahrtsstraße und bietet ideale Bedingungen für Erholungssuchende und Aktivurlauber gleichermaßen.

Über den Wolken

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Naša namestitev je pravi kraj, kjer lahko pobegnete od vsakodnevnega stresa in se spočijete v neokrnjeni naravi. Pridite in doživite čarobnost smrekovega gozda, žvrgolenje ptic ter se prepustite sprostitvi in uživanju v prijetnem vzdušju naše namestitve. V bližini namestitve se nahaja veliko možnosti za aktivnosti na prostem. Naravne poti, pohodniške steze in kolesarske poti vam omogočajo raziskovanje okolice ter odkrivanje skritih kotičkov neokrnjene narave.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Gratis W-LAN und Parkplatz vorhanden. In unserem Apartment sind Hunde willkommen, es wird eine zusätzliche Endreinigungspauschale von € 25,-- verrechnet.
