Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Gunbarrel

Lots of family and friends coming in to Denver for my sister’s 40th birthday. This location happened to be absolutely perfect for us. First, because it was directly across the street from my sisters home, so we could easily bounce back and forth between homes. Secondly, because the house was amazing. It had plenty of space for our large group. Everything was clean and beautiful and truly felt like home for the weekend. We all loved the back deck and spent a lot of time back there catching up. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks again!!

We enjoyed our stay for my daughter’s Grad trip! Perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Concert, Downtown Denver, Estes Park (still a drive). We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay! Had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. Everything was as-advertised, rooms were cozy and kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids (and parents)! A group came to the AirBNB on the upper floor partway through our stay - we could hear them walking around but no issues whatsoever.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s wonderful! 9 deer in the yard hanging out and resting! The views are peaceful and beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and the design of the home is very cool. The one drawback is the beds are hard. Initially, they feel like they are TempurPedic, but your body doesn’t melt into them. A quick fix could be memory toppers. The sheets are great, and I’m a sheet snob! That is my only critique. Faris is lightning fast responding and incredibly accommodating! It’s been a great find!! The kitchen is so big to allow room for people to move around-great, big island! Thank you, Faris! You are an awesome host!

We had a wonderful & memorable stay at this beautiful mountain home! The house was clean and well-kept. The peaceful mountain setting was exactly what we were looking for—we did have a surprise guest one night! A bear was outside one night trying to get our trash, thankfully, we did as we were instructed beforehand and did not leave any food outside! Was definitely a little scary but exciting to actually see a bear in real life! Our host Reid came up right away the next morning to check on us after the bear sighting! Thank you Reid! The location was perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature, and the home had everything we needed for a great trip. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked kitchens I’ve seen in an Airbnb! We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back one day. Highly Recommend!!

We had a great stay at Rannveig’s cabin! It was exactly as described and very comfortable. It had the charm of an old cabin but with the modern touches to feel current and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice touch and it was beautiful to stargaze out there at night! We also really enjoyed sitting out on the sun porch and watching the elk stroll by! I will also mention that this place was more affordable than a lot of other available options so it was a great value for the price! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Stayed in Jessicas cabin for 3 nights. Rustic and cool cabin with Mt Meeker as a backdrop. Didnt want to spend all our time in estes so this location was an easy drive to both Estes as well as Nederland, and some of the other cute towns south os estes. Saw a deer less than 50 ft from cabin. The piano was a bonus that I was glad to tinker on. I love log cabin style so the vaulted ceilings and loft were right up my alley. Jessicas instructions were clear and communication was 2nd to none. Thanks Jessica

We were very comfortable and loved being in the mountains. Breakfast out on the deck with the local dog to come visit was great, we didn't miss ours as much. When we come back to Colorado, we would probably pick Tami's place, we felt like we were at home. Thanks for making our vacation a special, relaxing time! Karen and Zachary

Lauren’s place was a perfect escape from the normal chaos of life! The perfect get away for anyone looking to just get out in the mountains! Best way to enjoy a perfect night under the stars was to be in the nice warm hot tub or next to the perfect little fire pit! 10 out of 10 will go again! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

The cabin was exactly as shown in photos and as described. The hot tub was wonderfully clean and the kitchen was well stocked and even included some spices and cooking oil, which we appreciated. Bonuses were the movie and music selection, as well as being very easy to find and gain entry. We would totally come back for another stay if given the opportunity!

Our stay was great, the house was very clean and enjoyable to stay at. We even got to see a few elk up close while staying here. It’s just 10 minutes from downtown Estes so the location was great without there being a ton of people around. I would highly recommend staying here.

You can always tell when a home is well loved and Nathan’s place is no exception. Well outfitted and great location. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.
