Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Amazing place and amazing host. This Airbnb has one of the best views I have ever seen, it is simply incredible. It has private access to the beach, which makes it a big plus in case you want to go for a swim and come back home. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy and make the most of your holidays. The property is super well-equipped with everything you need and the host goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Thanks so much for this amazing holidays

Excellent séjour chez Stratos, nous avons passé une semaine idéal dans ce logement ! La plage presque privée à 5m de la terrasse est le gros plus ! On ne voulait plus partir !

Avra'nın ev sahipliği harikaydı. 1.5 yaşındaki oğlumuz ile ailecek harika bir tatil geçirdik. Tekrar Sakız adasına gelirsek kesinlikle tekrar burada konaklayacağız. Evde ihtiyaç olan herşey mevcuttu. Yakındaki restaurantlar akşam yemekleri için yeterliydi. Ufak ihtiyaçlar için yakındaki marketi kullandık. Konum olarak ev sessiz ve harika bir konumda. Denize ulaşmak çok kolay.

One of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. We felt right at home, with a great kitchen, comfortable beds and spaces, and the thoughtful design and touches of the house. Wifi internet was fast, including for work video calls. The outside patio was awesome, as was being able to take a dip in the clear water of Sapsila beach after a long day. Great air conditioning too. We would come back to Patmos in a heartbeat and stay here again. Dimitra was very communicative.

We loved our stay at Aggeliki’s place. It is such a beautiful home and the setting can’t be any better. Komi is a lovely little beach town. The house is right on the beach. The nice thing is that it’s at the end of town so you don’t get much noise or foot traffic. Aggeliki lives upstairs so if we ever needed anything she was always available but not intrusive. And she brought us some delicious homemade goodies! Highly recommended!

It was amazing apartments with amazing sea view. Very peaceful place and not very crowded area. Suitable for the family or to relax and zone out. The apartments was very beautiful with elegant selection of the tiles and furnitures. The balcony is pretty big to relax and enjoy the sea view. I will definitely recommend this place to visit

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

This is the place for families to stay on Ikaria. Spacious kitchen diner, 3 bedrooms and incredible outside space. The pool is excellent, with endless views of the Aegean sea, and occasional glimpses of distant Cycladic islands. The location is also tremendous, a very short walk down to a lovely little beach with good snorkelling around the rocky coast. Nanouras is a very quiet hamlet with no shop or taverna, so it's peaceful and easy to park. It's only a short drive (or bike ride) up the coast to Nas or Armenistis for bars, restaurants and mini markets. There is also a fairly new (paved) road up to the interior villages very nearby, which are well worth visiting. Christos the host and his family were responsive, friendly and helpful. His mother made us some pasta one night! Altogether a complete holiday rental, thoroughly recommended on every level.

Die Villa war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Pool war größer, als er auf den Fotos aussah. Wir fanden die Villa sehr sauber vor bei Ankunft. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We hadden een geweldige week in de accommodatie met onze kinderen (16,13,10). Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. In de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers, een zwembad met uitzicht op zee, meerdere zitjes en binnen ook genoeg ruimte. Aanrader om in de omgeving te doen is wandelen in de omgeving van de Potami watervallen en te eten bovenaan de steile trap. En als je echt een mooie zonsondergang wilt zien, dan moet je zeker gaan eten bij Orizontas (wel reserveren). Een boottocht naar Efeze is ook zeker de moeite waard. In de meivakantie kan het nog wel fris zijn, dus een vestje is aan te raden. Het huis is vrij centraal gelegen en je bent met een huurauto zo in de omliggende dorpjes. De foto’s kloppen met wat je ziet in het echt, misschien is het zelfs nog wel mooier!

Havuz derinliği, boyutu, sıcaklığı tam istediğimiz gibiydi. Plaj 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Deniz harika. Panoramik bir deniz manzarasına uyanmak paha biçilemez. Evde her ihtiyacımız vardı. Bebekler için de her şey düşünülmüştü. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isterim. Funda hanım’a, kardeşi Ali Bey’e ve babalarına çok teşekkür ederim.

Paradise appartment ligt op een fantastische plek, prachtig uitzicht en rustige locatie terwijl de gezelligheid van Kokkari binnen handbereik is. Het is appartement is prima, fijn klein keukentje en goede airco’s. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar wij douchten ook vooral buiten bij het zwembad. Het is overigens een heel goed zwembad, voldoende groot en ook diep. Als je bij het appartement naar beneden loopt, kom je binnen 7 minuten op een soort prive (kiezel)strandje, heel ydillisch. Er zijn geen stoelen dus je kunt er niet liggen. Mania is een prima gastvrouw die goede tips heeft voor strandjes, uitjes en restaurants. We kregen zelfs een souvenir van haar.

Mert beye ve ailesine sonsuz teşekkürler. Fotoğraf ve açıklamalardan çok daha iyisiydi, kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her türlü konuda olanak sağladı, çok ilgililerdi. Tekrar teşekkür ediyorum, kesinlikle tekrar gidip konaklayacağım bir yer :)

Beautiful two-bed, two-storey, modern apartment with traditional finishes and modern appliances in a quiet and serene location. We swam several times a day off the rocks at a small pebbly beach, literally a 2min walk, with no one else around. So good. It's a 15min scenic drive into town through small villages; so rustic, and so beautiful, with thermal springs and more swimming spots on the way. It was just how we imagined Ikaria. Amanda was great to deal with and super-helpful. We'd stay here again for sure!

Mit der Unterkunft und dem Gastgeber Georgios waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos, die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bilder von der Wohneinheit im Internet stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Es gibt eine direkt angrenzende zweite Unterkunft, die auch gemietet werden kann. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür, das Dorf Ormos Maratokampos liegt ca. 700 Meter entfernt. Dort gibt es einen recht gut sortierten Einkaufsmarkt und ein paar Restaurants. Im Hintergrund kann man zum Kerkis, dem höchsten Berg von Samos, schauen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Fleckchen. Das Schwimmen vor der Haustür ist gut möglich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und würden auch wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Nana gerçekten çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Bizi kek ve çay ile karşıladı :) Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar da çok temiz. Ertesi sabah gözleme ve omlet ikram etti, çok düşünceli ve ince biri. 1 gece kaldık ama bir daha gelirsem kesin burada kalırım :) Herkese tavsiye ediyorum :)

From the moment I booked, Vasiliki was in touch and so kind. I honestly felt like she was an old friend. She was always available and gave us wonderful local tips especially for restaurants. The house itself was spotless, brand new, fully equipped and perfectly located with a beautiful bay view from the large balcony, just a few steps away to the sea, very close to the most amazing beaches. Everything was smooth and relaxing. The check-in & c/o were super easy. It was simply a perfect stay: 10/10, fully recommended! I’d love to stay in Emporios again and even meet kind Vasiliki in person one day. Thank you so much for everything!

Kadınlar denizine yürüme mesafesinde konumu güzel bir daire. Daire temizdi ve ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey daire içine bırakılmıştı.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, ιδανικός για δύο άτομα, σε όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή με ιδιωτικότητα και επαφή με τη φύση. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει κάθε ανάγκη. Ταιριάζει απόλυτα με τις φωτογραφίες και μάλιστα τις ξεπερνάει. Σε πολύ βολική περιοχή για να επισκεφτείτε όλες τις βόρειες παραλίες του νησού και με πολύ καλά εστιατόρια σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το καλύτερο όλων όμως είναι η Τίνα και ο Ρόμπερτ που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε και μέρος της όμορφης οικογένειάς τους. Από πολύ καλές οδηγίες και προτάσεις μέχρι κι ένα βράδυ παρέα που δεν θα το ξεχάσουμε ποτέ. Είναι πάνω από όλα ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ και ταιριάζουν στην ξεχωριστή ενέργεια του νησιού. Μετά χαράς θα επιστρέφαμε και στο ίδιο αλλά και στα υπόλοιπα καταλύματά τους.

Stelios’s home was a gem in Evdilos and a great base for us while we stayed in Greece for nearly a month and a half. The space is very functional for two people, with a townhouse-style design and two levels, each with balconies. The location was perfect, as it was right in Evdilos but around the curve at the port, so it was not in the middle of everything, which was great for privacy. The little “beach” in front was perfect for a morning swim or afternoon cool-off, and the location couldn’t be better, in my opinion, for Evdilos. Stelios was a great host! He was always attentive but not overly involved, and he shared insights about everything on the island of Ikaria. He even took us to our first Panigiri with his wife! It was very special to experience Ikaria with lifelong Ikarians. Thank you, Stelios, for your hospitality, kindness, and sharing the Ikarian way with us! Yamas until we see each other again! JH & Soo
