Rafal place is exactly what an Air b&b should be. Clean fully stocked w/bathroom necessities also washer, dryer Pool area is perfect ,beach & pool toys in garage for guests to use. we rented this home because it was 4 houses from my cousin. It was myself & my husband so we didn't need a 3 bedroom home. I'm not sure if we were charged per person or by bedrooms. Everything was perfect. Raphael's place was a convenience booking for my husband and myself my family lives Four Doors Down Everything you would need from towels to pool toys to beach toys are available for all. I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was bigger than expected! We went with 7 girls for a bachelorette. The master bathroom was stunning. Open floor plan with a beautiful island made it easy to prep and serve food with a large dining table to eat on and living room to hang out in. It was the perfect stay. We didn’t use the pool as planned as we ended up going to the beach.

This AirBNB was everything we needed for our stay in St. Petersburg. Specifically - if you are traveling with young kids, this is THE PLACE to book. It had everything my almost-two-year-old could need - a pack n play, high chair, tons of indoor and outdoor toys. We had the best time!!

I had my engagement party here with about 30 guests. When I say this place was STUNNING I mean it. Vintage furniture, Spanish style detailing throughout the house, ample space, a gorgeous backyard space. Everything was honestly perfection ❤️ the host was also wonderful and allowed us to tour the house before the night of in order to prep the layout for our party setup. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!!

Josh was a great host! Place was clean and had everything we needed, very informative about the area and things to do. Calm and quiet neighborhood, we were able to enjoy our vacation, we had a great time, would definitely book here again!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in Angela and Trevor's home. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sunroom and pool, which has a refreshing waterfall. We also appreciated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was.

This cottage was lovely, would recommend to anyone. It was cozy and comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. Marisa was very responsive and flexible!

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I booked this place for a few of my colleagues who are in the area for work, and they all noted that this place provided the quality and comfort that they were needing after long work days. Jesus was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Perfect getaway for natual lover. The house is very cozy, and kids had a great time. Great location with Beaches, boat tours, grocery, restaurants are all available nearby.

We felt right at home at this place. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. When my family comes to visit again, I will rent this place again.

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

This place was perfect, I wouldnt judge a book by its cover, its super clean, neat and modern inside, all of the separate apartments have the perfect sense of privacy and the penthouse was great to gather in. The patio was perfect to relax and look at the lake, and the pool was always warm. I’d highly recommend this place for a big family!
