Loved staying in this beautiful Airbnb. Anything we need we found inside this home. Being able to use the beach chairs was a plus. Home was clean and Clifton was very helpful and responsive. Have a view of the gulf course was great. We have a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was close driving distance from the home.

This place is exactly what and how it was described. very peaceful beautiful views. short walk to the beach. pool is right out side the complex door. made It very easy to relax and kick back and enjoy. can not thank you enough.

The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

Matteo’s home was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The house was spacious and in a very convenient location. Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great family vacation! Caroline made the stay with kids so easy! She had everything we could have possibly needed available for use! Very helpful and responsive when we needed anything or had questions! Would definitely stay here again!

Hayden’s house is newly built and gorgeous. You are a very very short walk to the beach, they have beach towels, chairs, etc. for you to use so you don’t have to worry about dragging all of that with you during your stay. They also have an outdoor shower area to rinse all the sand off since there isn’t one at the beach access. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. It’s the perfect getaway. The drive to food, groceries, etc. is very easy.

Excellent all around! Our family of 9 with 3 young children enjoyed the whole vacation. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants, etc. House was beautiful and extremely clean. On-site amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, paddle boards, games, etc.) were great. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

Martha was great quick response always was helpful. Only thing was when we got there. The two trash cans outside was already filled with trash, so there was nowhere to put our trash and the washing machine didn’t work properly and the TVs in two of the bedrooms wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi for it to work other than that everything was great even though the pool was leaking, but it was swimmable.

This stay was amazing! My husband and I own a small construction company. We took our 3 employees and their kiddos on a vacation here. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, tons of cookware and plates made it easy for the big meals we created. The pool is an AMAZING addition. We had 3 toddlers and it is impossible to take them to the ocean and enjoy it, so the pool was perfect for half of the people in our crew. The short 20 steps to the beach was PERFECT. We are vacation goers and we travel 4+ times a year to beaches and this is by far the best place we have stayed. There is nothing like having a private beach to yourselves! Thank you for the amazing stay, Shae!!! The only issue we had was the bedrooms staying hot- Shae was quick to resolve and sent an HVAC tech out to fix the issue.

The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

I highly recommend Leanne's condo at the Caribbe! The location is wonderful. I loved watching the boats coming in and out of the bay every day. There was lots to do and the onsite restaurant was amazing. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Driving directions were great. Check in was so easy. Leanne communicated along the way and her responses to all my questions were quick and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this condo! What we loved: There are only 81 condos at Phoenix 8 which means quick elevators and less people! We played tennis every day! We watched dolphins in the early morning off of our balcony. Great view and easy beach access. Ike’s beach service was great! We loved the comfy condo to come back to after playing in the sun. We really enjoyed the bay view also on the opposite side as we got in the elevators every morning. It sure was beautiful to see the sun rise over the bay as well. This condo was very nicely updated. We have stayed in other Phoenix condos and really enjoyed this visit best! It would be nice to know the softness of the beds when booking. Everyone likes something different. The master bed is a firm bed. We would book again!

What a perfect family friendly condo! If you are looking for a beautifully updated condo right on the beach with amazing views and great amenities this is it! Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 year old. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. I think the balcony was really our favorite part, we spent so much time out there from lounging to eating meals to listening to the waves and watching for dolphins. Would definitely stay here again!!

This spacious condo exceeded expectations and offered the perfect family getaway. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The resort amenities were outstanding — multiple pools, a lazy river, on-site mini golf, boat rentals, and a fantastic restaurant made it easy to enjoy every moment without leaving the property. The condo’s balcony had a direct view of the lazy river, allowing us to feel part of the fun even while relaxing. A highlight of our stay was the Wednesday night Luau — a lively, well-organized event with music and dancing that the whole family loved. Overall, this condo provided an ideal mix of relaxation and entertainment, and I highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a resort-style vacation with all the comforts of home.

We enjoyed our vacation at Shana’s condo. Although we visited during a typically busy time, parking was never an issue and that was our main concern staying here. We were given enough trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap, etc for our 5 days, which was really nice. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the storage room in the parking garage for beach gear was so convenient. It’s a very short boardwalk to get into the beach which was also really nice. The condo was also extremely clean, which is so appreciated. Overall, we were very happy and had a great time there.
