Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Located less than 5 km from Bled, 30 km from international airport Ljubljana. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a separate entrance from the outside, with two single beds and privat Toilette

Surrounded by nature, meadows, and lush green forest, the village offers country life in the form of chickens, goats, and cows. There is the possibility to hike in the Alps, swim in the Adriatic sea, go rafting or kayaking in the Soča river, or visit many amazing cultural and natural sight close by in Slovenia and Italy.

Just relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day at your own beach at the swimming lake (about 220 m ). Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

Villa Elizej - Guesthouse Studio

The Guesthouse studio is part of the Villa Elizej property, it is a separate and independent accommodation, located approx. 25 meters from the main house where the owners live. The guest house is 30m2 size, for two people with a Queen double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. In front of the guest house, there is a relaxing garden with deckchairs where guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Unique guest house Hope 4

A cca 30m2 unique guest house/tavern next to our apartment villa. Detached from the villa itself, featuring an inside fireplace, A/C, kitchen, a sofa that folds out into a bed for 2 people (+ 1 extra bed if needed), a dining table and a small bathroom. There is also a table/chairs in front of the guest house as well, serving as a small terrace in the garden!

Holiday House Murva - pet friendly!

Guest House Murva is loacted in the settlement of few houses as part of Dragonja village. The old Istrian house, overlooking the vineyards had a great charme which we tried to preserve during the renovation. A lot of work had to be done to make it comfortable and enjoyable and we think we suceeded.
