It has it`s own garden and 35m2 private patio with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and big transparent roof for you to enjoy it even if it rains! You can reach the apartment on foot in 10-15 minutes from the bus or train. There are vaporetto stops near the apartment for trips in all directions.
