Its’ elegant woodwork and breath taking sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico and Cape San Blas are captivating. The spacious, two level 4bdrm 3ba home, has 3 king beds & bonus room with a queen bed, 2x full beds and 2x twin beds is the ideal location for your family vacation on the beach!

We are pet friendly !! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Villa. All you need to bring is swim suits, beach chairs and sand buckets ! Just minutes to the beaches, and walking distance to downtown Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. TV's in every room, fully stocked kitchen complete with the blender and a Keurig for the morning after ! Open covered front and rear porch, complemented with a camp style BBQ grill in the completely fenced in back yard.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly vacation home. This adorable 2 bedroom home has a full bathroom with shower and garden tub! There’s an outside shower, too! The kitchen is fully stocked! You can come relax here in the well known fishing community of Howard Creek. Or, be at Port St Joe in 20 minutes, Apalachicola in 45 minutes or Panama City in just over an hour. There’s plenty of parking for your boat, and a free boat landing. We are pet friendly and have a big fenced yard!

Walk to the Beach at Beacon Hill

Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

Sunset Walk is a Bay View Historic home located within walking distance to beautiful St. Joseph Bay and Historic Downtown. Begin your day with coffee at the porch overlooking the sleek views of water, walk to downtown for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. End your day at the Sandy Beach at the end of the street to witness the best SUNSETS in Fl. House is ample, tall ceilings, fireplaces, attention to details of the 1925 build will transport to Old Florida.

Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze in this stylish beach cottage built in 2020, featuring beautiful quality furnishings and equipment. Ocean Breeze unit G sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom, while the second bedroom also has a king sized bed and private access to a second full bathroom (also accessible from the hallway).
