ABOUT 15 minutes scenic drive to BEACH! Pickleball courts at “Fred Pate Park” Beautiful rental with LVT flooring and more. We have a lot of bicycles! Bike trails, sidewalks, bay and restaurants are a bike ride away. Quiet, fun ,exciting town for all and peaceful ! Good times and great memories!!!!

Walk, bike or take the golf carts (no extra charge)to the beautiful white sands of St. Joseph Bay beach! Our home is equipped with an outdoor shower, propane grill, beach chairs, toys, tent, blankets, towels, water boards, 7 bicycles, and 2 scooters (one motorized). Please no smoking on premises and we are not able to allow pets.

The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!
