Great place to stay and the room overall is very clean

Only stayed a night but if we had stayed in Takayama this would have been an excellent place for it. Amazing location that was so walkable to the best places, new building that looks fantastic inside, shower room and bath was a highlight.

Great experience! Staying near Nagoya University is also very safe. There are two subway lines nearby, the Motoyama Line and the Meijo Line, which can go to many places ~ There is also a delicious Furaifan nearby, and I highly recommend their chicken wings. Common spaces have a shared kitchen, iron and washing machine available for guests to use. But the shower in the room is small and not very convenient. Everything else is worth recommending

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean airbnb during a trip to Nagoya with my daughter. The early check in allowed us to easily move in after checking out from a nearby hotel. The hosts provided us with an extra bed after a simple request. The large monitor/TV, connected to my laptop using the USB-C and HDMI cables in the apartment, was great! I could do some work while the movable movable partitions created a separate bedroom.

Love the stay! The place was extremely clean and tidy, and I am pleasantly surprised by the amenities available that is suited for a lady's needs. Thank you for being so accommodating to my requests and situation. I will definitely come and stay again! ☺️

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever used in Japan!

We had a great 7 days stay at Mika’s. Her place catered well to our family of four, with 2 young kids. Situated in a quiet residential area, there are 2 convenience stores and a big drug/minimart is within 10 mins walk. Our Toyota Scienta could easily at the driveway. All the amenities that we need was provided for and we were pleased to see a drawer of unbreakable utensils. Even simple things like umbrellas was greatly appreciated as it was the rainy season. We were hoping to pluck some strawberries even though the season was ending. Mika went out of her way to check and advise us on the last few remaining farms. All in all, a super great stay with easy access to Legoland, Mitsui Outlet Mall, Anpanman Park and Tsuiguchi Farm. Thank you Mika!

Mina was the best airbnb host we had! She was very prompt in response and provided many helpful feedback even before we booked the place. After we booked the place, her communication continues to be super responsive and she would often initiate or suggest places where we can bring our kids to, cafes we can visit. She was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay, thanks to her! The place was just as what we saw in the picture and the futon tatami area especially was cosy to sleep in. She was flexible with check-in/out time and was considerate to let us check-in earlier because of the young kids! We asked for recommendation to Takayama parking and she even planned a simple itinerary for us, on her own initiative. Thank you Mina!

Absolutely loved staying in agi, beautiful property and amazing host, always responsive . We cooked our own food and all the seasoning and sauces were very helpful to do so. Thank you for having us.

Very comfortable check in!The little ones loved it!Koji and Mrs briefed us about the surroundings and allowed us to go to the convenience store and Rong shopping district very close. Because the cleaning rules are not very clear, the cleaning when you go is not very clear, it will cause you trouble!Once again, I'm sorry Very happy and happy to stay in such a cute little house❤️

Place was as described and host was great in communication and responding to our needs. He even came personally to deliver items we needed in the home. Thanks for going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The location was good just a short walk to Jingumae station and many bus stops around. It’s a shop house converted to a home. Good for small families or couples for a short stay in Nagoya. There’s a washer and dryer which was useful. The kitchen allows basic cooking and there is a rice cooker. The kitchen amenities is pretty basic and probably good for cooking instant noodles or simple rice and eggs. Toilet was very small and there’s steep stairs so not so friendly to elderly. Bathroom needs improvement in terms of ventilation and doorway to bathroom blocked by outdoor sofa. We do have occasional garden pest in the bathroom like slugs during rainy days. Other than that the place is ok and host was friendly and attentive！Thanks

We changed the time of check-in twice, thank you Naomi for your understanding, and thank you Naomi's mother for warmly welcoming us and introducing the house in detail.Although the house is relatively old, it is fully equipped with all kinds of items, and everything you need is available.The only thing that is a little short is that it is 20 minutes from Takayama Station and the bus stop, because Takayama City itself is not big, this distance seems a little far.If you come from the station with a suitcase, it is recommended not to follow the navigation, you can walk along the river from Miyagawa morning market, the road here is good for pushing the suitcase.

We loved our stay at this lovely and traditional home! We felt it was the best location possible! The home was peaceful, very clean and simple, yet lovely! The location could not be better! 5 minute walk to the train station, short walk to the bus station, just a 1 or 2 minute walk to several awesome restaurants and a short easy walk to the famous Takayama morning market and center of town! You would walk anywhere in town in just a few short minutes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we really like the Japanese style of bedding! We love how comfortable the were and I recommend this host and home and would stay here again.

It's took around 20 minutes for us to walk from Meitetsu Nagoya station to 宗華’s place, but there are buses that can make the trip to just around 10 minutes. It was very easy to get inside because of the clear instructions, and there's an elevator for convenience. The place was large enough for us 3 but it can fit maybe 1-2 more. Everything was very neat and clean, although there seemed to be a bit of dirt/mildew in the air-conditioning units. It can be a challenge for older people to go up and down the place, since the kitchen is on the upper floor. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, but the nearest convenience store was around 10 minutes walk away. There are nearby asian grocery stores but the bigger ones (ex. Mega Don Quijote) are around 15 minutes walk away. The host was very friendly and kind (they gave us free coffee on the first day). Overall a good place to stay in Nagoya.

The hosts, Junichi san and Puy san are very accomodating and hospitable. The tourist spots are accessible from their airbnb. Hida Kokubunji is just accross the place. Our family enjoyed our stay.😊😊😊

It's a bit out of the way, but if you have a car, you don't have to worry about it, and there is a coin parking lot nearby, so it wasn't inconvenient.

Great for a large group with very well equipped kitchen and heated flooring. Check in process was a little lengthy and car park was tricky to find as it was further from the house - we had to stop at a random car park first before double checking the photo directions. Second car used coin parking that was very near the house and capped at 500Y for 24h. Overall very clean and comfortable place wish we could stay longer! Very worth what we paid.

Transportation is very convenient, there is also a lot of food at the door, the room facilities are very convenient, the Host is also very nice, I recommend staying ~

The location is great, the functions and transportation are excellent, three or five friends gathered in the large living room, making the night more fun; the only thing is that there is only one toilet, which is a bit of a hassle, but it's still a good place
