Great place, the garden and pool is really cool

Quiet and scenic area. Easy access to town. Taxis are inexpensive but car rental recommended. Beautiful buildings, clean rooms and more than enough ammenties. Would 100% come again!

Very pleasant and peaceful house. As a Portuguese family, we found the essence of what makes the Portuguese: hospitality and kindness. Antonio was a nice daddy for the kids and Filipe is very responsive and good advice for our outings and questions. the pool is very nice too. This house in the middle of nature is very beautiful and quiet. congratulations on this refreshing place.

Margarida, was an amazing host! She made us feel very welcome and relaxed upon arrival. Throughout our stay Margarida was also there for anything we needed being very responsive to messages and providing support with everything from questions about her place to recommendations locally! One of the best stays we had. This is awesome place. Accommodation was as on the pictures, Jorge is a super host. Even though the weather was not great we enjoyed our stay a lot: cosy place and nice pool billiard

Maria is a great host and the house and swimming pool are perfect for a family getaway in the sun.The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are a good size ,each with window shutters and fan for the hotter days.The pool is huge and great for a cool dip.Maria was responsive to all needs and left out lovely bowls of freshly picked fruit and veg during our stay.We had a car for the stay and I'd say it was necessary to have one but there is secure private parking.Maria is a fabulous host and I'd have no problem recommending this property for a vacation.

A very beautiful house with vast, stunning grounds. My family and I spent a lot of time exploring, lying by the pool, and sitting in the courtyard. The house itself is quite special. We didn’t spend much time inside as the weather was so beautiful, but we were very happy with our bedrooms and the kitchen. We had a few small issues: there are no mosquito nets in the pool house, so our guests that stayed there were bitten; the kitchen sink blocks easily and had to be unblocked daily; the nights were very warm and we had to buy our own fans. Overall we were very happy, and Domingos and Antonio were very helpful.

Very nice stay and unbeatable service from Francisco. She provided us with a table and deck seats to enjoy the patio as there is no living room. Good location as a base to visit the cities of Northern Portugal. Big rooms and enough bathrooms. Breakfasts with produce from the land.

Elisio is a geat host and very helpfull. The house was exactly what we expected and and more. The location was great as well. Highly recommeny.

Fabulous holiday in a beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings. Antonio was a very helpful host, recommending restaurants and supermarkets to us. Lots of space for a mixed family holiday of 7. Villa had all required amenities.

We loved staying at Silvia and Alexis's place. They are great hosts, present and attentive. Beautiful environment, quiet, the pool is very well maintained we were able to enjoy it throughout the stay. I would recommend it 100%

Excellent hosting, perfect accommodation, very clean and all shops nearby. We loved it and were sad to leave.

The apartment has everything you need, literally. It is spacious, walking distance from the center, and there are free parking options in front of the apartment or a very short distance from it. Communication with the owner is easy, and check-in via the key box is convenient and gives freedom of accommodation. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Braga for business or pleasure. :)

We had a good time at the house. It is cozy and Carla will make sure that you feel comfortable during your stay. It is nicely located just a few minutes from the centre of Guimaraes so it's very convenient. Thank you!

Extremely pleasant space, very cozy and the contact with nature is very good. A calm and peaceful environment. I highly recommend it for those looking to relieve weekly stress, or those looking for a cozy time with their spouse

What a wonderful place to stay! Nice house (together with two other family's), perfect swimming pool for the kids and a very nice Portugese family to host us! They give you the feeling that the place is all yours. It felt like living in a local area, in a wonderful house. Thanks to Lino and his family, we had a wonderful time.

This is the perfect location for exploring Guimaraes. Everything you need to see is no more than a 20 minute walk away (very hilly!). The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and everything you need including lovely fluffy white towels! Easy access via a key safe. Washing machine and dishwasher. The host could not have been more helpful, even measuring the parking space to make sure our car would fit in the space. And provided a baby cot for our granddaughter on request. We stayed with our 2 young grandchildren so the lack of outside space was a little restrictive for them, but didn’t bother us at all. We found several playgrounds to entertain them. Would highly recommend this property and this host. The only improvement we would suggest would be the provision of WiFi.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The views were something else! Samantha was so responsive and available whenever we needed her, very flexible. Everything you could ever wish for was provided in the house and the pool was just icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning and will forever be jealous of those who stay here after us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! A rare gem! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay! We were 7 people and we were all very satisfied. The space was clean, well cared for and very welcoming. We truly feel at home. We thank you for your hospitality and undoubtedly recommend this stay. We look forward to being able to return at the next opportunity!

The accommodation offered by Benedita largely wants its price. A very welcoming host and always there to respond to messages. We only spent a few days in this place but it's soothing thanks to the surroundings that we would have liked to stay longer! The accommodation is very neat with a decoration that is perfect for the environment. The big plus are the very comfortable beds with quality bedding! Very happy to stay with Benedita and for hosting us!

Great host, felt like a hotel while being just outside of the city. Staff was great, spoke english with us and helped us feel at ease in this foreign country. Overall great experience, we would have stayed longer but Portugal has too much to offer to stay in one place.

Despite a concern a week before our arrival where we had to pay an extra (66th), to have access to the second bedroom when we thought we had rented an entire place ( payment made after contact with the host and Airbnb ), our stay went very well. Tastefully renovated house in a quiet area and very well located. (10 minutes walk from Guimaraes Castle) Very nice neighbors. Check in and check out went well, comfortable bedding. Pleasant terrace even if it overlooks the entrance to another accommodation , this was not problematic for us. Despite the pre-stay misunderstanding, communication was good with the host.
