Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We stayed here as had a family wedding close by. It was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to walk to local shops and cafes.

Had a lovely stay at Paul's place. It has everything needed, very comfortable bed in a quiet area. Very conveniently located close to the station, great restaurants and the Waitrose. Paul and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return.

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Great spot in the countryside, but close enough to Farnham to be convenient for visiting our family there. This was our second stay and we would love to return next time we visit.

Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

Marc was great, I booked the cabin for two days to propose to my now fiance. It was great, peaceful and a special couple of days. Marc’s attention to detail on the cabin was also amazing. Very rare you stay in a ‘cabin’ and it actually feels like a true wood lodge cabin. We also forgot our swimming costumes, and Marc has posted them to us no problem. Great place, great host and if you’re looking for a relaxed few days I highly recommend.

My partner and I loved this place, it was comfy, peaceful and beautiful. The stables were very modern and bright with nice skylight windows and had lots of extra touches like an Alexa, board games, blender, coffee machine, air fryer and chargers. I found it hard to find a place where the hot tub was private and not in a shared garden so this was perfect - their house was next door if we needed anything but it was still lovely and private. Had a couple of queries while we were there and both hosts answered very quickly between them. The only downside was that we had to clean some greasy pans, bowls, and the fridge before we could use them — likely left that way by previous guests — and the cooking oil provided was past its best before date (12/2024). Overall, though, it was a lovely stay and we’d definitely return!

✨ An incredible place to unwind! We stayed in a lovely little cabin just outside of London — everything was absolutely magical. The atmosphere was so cozy, surrounded by beautiful nature, peace, and quiet. The outdoor jacuzzi with a view was a true highlight, especially at sunset, and the little pond with fish added such a charming touch. It’s the perfect spot to recharge, escape the city noise, and enjoy every moment. Truly grateful for this experience — we’ll definitely be coming back! 💚

We had an amazing stay at this lovely lodge for my birthday celebration! The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The lodge is beautifully located in lush, green land far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil escape. It was charming, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and very tidy — truly a cozy and inviting space. Accessible from London, it made the perfect getaway for a special occasion. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate or simply enjoy some quality relaxation in a beautiful, serene setting. It’s an unforgettable experience!

Jane and Chris was friendly Hosts, they offer us a small break whit hot fresh scones in the afternoon. My wife and me have a nice evening near the fire outside on the veranda till the stars was appearing on the sky. Was an escape place for one night.

Anna and Shaun were welcoming and helpful. The cabin was perfectly located in the midst of the South Downs allowing us to walk straight out of the cabin and into the beautiful countryside. A great location to explore the Whitterings and further afield. Cosy, warm and perfectly catered for a couple with great kitchen utensils to cook basic meals and breakfast. The cabin even has a cosy outside area which we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in on a summers evening with the view of the South Downs.

To wake up with the sound of the birds singing was very pleasant. Sue was the perfect host, informative but not intrusive. The cabin was clean, and well presented. Nice touches with shampoo and a selection of cereals and Nespresso coffee machine. Off road parking felt very secure. Wifi was very good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone .

The room was near clean with attention to detail, found the place very easy by using the instructions that were emailed to me, when I arrived I found a couple of home made cakes and biscuits which was lovely. Took the bus to Windsor castle which is just round the corner, which was much better than trying to find parking.
