We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Kerry and Chris’s Airbnb. The place is set in a quiet and peaceful area, with a lovely garden and the gentle sound of birdsong — a perfect backdrop for a restful weekend. The house itself was ideal: the kitchen and dining area are incredibly spacious, which meant I could cook alongside my daughter Catarina and host a special dinner for her and my two boys. It turned into a truly memorable moment — one of those evenings you tuck away in your heart. Kerry and Chris were lovely hosts. I was especially touched seeing them with their two twin babies — it brought back tender memories of raising my own children, and left me smiling. Highly recommended — not just for the comfort, but for the warmth of the whole experience.

Gioia's flat is lovely and full of beautiful light and comfy modern furnishings that made it a very pleasant place to return to after trekking around to all of the cool sights (20-30 min walk to so many cool museums and Kensington Park, 10 min walk to the london underground (which gets you anywhere!). The neighborhood feels safe and so pretty with plenty of good restaurants, a grocery store, and many good cafes right around the corner from the flat. It's the perfect place to refresh and enjoy London. Gioia was super responsive and helpful the entire time. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment . It was easy to get into London by train . It was well equipped and the area is quiet. Communication with Pip was great . She was quick in responding and friendly . Thank you 🙏 . Just one thing to note the bed linen was listed as cotton which is definitely our preference as it breathes , sheets are, however duvet cover is 100% polyester. In warmer weather this becomes very uncomfortable . Overall we had a great stay .

Lovely place and friendly host. Everything listed was provided. Clear instructions sent ahead of arrival with a parking space available. Beautiful location, very peaceful with a few restaurants and pubs. Elaine was on hand if needed and I would definitely stay again if in the area.

LOVED the aesthetics of the place. The mix of modern and traditional design elements and furnishings was stunning. Great location as well! I hope to come back.

It was such a nice place and beautiful neighbourhood. very convenient to supermarket and Guildford town center; easy access to A3. Diana is very great host; I didn't find the hair dryer on the first night but Diana bought a brand new one and brought to the place on the next day. Others are minor. Love to return when coming in town again next time.

It was a last minute booking whilst staying over Christmas, instead of sleeping with the in-laws after, after being messed around by “Fahid” taking my money and then refusing my booking ( DO NOT USE HIM) she was a life saver it’s a no thrills apartment but it has everything you need for a short last minute stay and very easy to communicate and let alone saved over 30% very cheap and cheerful. Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

We loved our time at Phil's apartment and our highlight was having a beer on the terrace after a day of exploring Kew Gardens 😁 It was as described, very comfortable and had everything you may need to cook a full meal. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We booked the apartment for it's proximity to Kew Gardens but it's well served by bus and the Elizabeth line into central London. Philip's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and found him very friendly with an excellent sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again 😁

I booked for my work operatives and they were very happy with the accommodation very clean and comfortable, that i booked it for a second week for them. From the moment i booked, communications with Farasat was great and he was so friendly. Highly recommend this accommodation and host Well done Farasat for making the process very easy.

Had a fantastic stay. The apartment is so comfortable. It has everything you need - and more. All mod cons. The area is lovely. There are great places to eat and drink. Easy walk to train station which easily links you to other parts of London. Especially convenient for Wembley. Wahid is so helpful. Instructions are provided in plenty of time and easy to follow. Check in and out so straightforward. Parking at rest of apartment was so convenient. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded
