On a protected natural site of the Conservatoire du Littoral, by the sea and only 4km from a village. House in a very quiet property with private garden. A small Breton harbour and a coastal path, the GR34, can be reached by foot. Close to several beaches, ports and Quimperlé train station. A dog and a cat and a chicken walk in the garden. We do not accept other pets. The house is not suitable for small children under 8/10 years old.

Vine Cottage is part of a 18th Century longhouse that has been lovingly restored. With vaulted ceiling and Breton fireplace you will feel "at home" the moment you walk in. Built in the early 1700's, it sits in the heart of Southern Brittany's most beautiful countryside. Sitting in an ancient stone hamlet on the edge of a forest it forms part of a conservation area, of which the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign.

Kick back and relax by the sea in this calm, stylish space. This small farmhouse is comfortable, equipped and cozy. Linens included. The room is on a large bright mezzanine. You will have a terrace and a private garden. The GR 34 is a 20-minute walk along country roads. Beaches are minutes away by car or bike as well as amenities. Halfway to Lorient, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, you will have plenty of time to visit southern Brittany.

My place is in the heart of the Breton countryside. The house includes a kitchen area with stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet, a living/dining room, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids) - €29 per night for the 1st person + €12 per additional person [price may vary depending on season and demand]

Entire apartment

Our accommodation, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, is a spacious house on two floors. Located opposite the Petite Mer de Gâvres, the house is pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. Balcony, garden and beach allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the Breton climate. Rental is only by the week in July and August (from Saturday to Saturday) Concierge housed in an independent part of the house

Quistinic is a town rich in heritage thanks to its old stones and hiking trails. As well as the towpath, which runs along the river, crossing towns and hamlets in both directions. The population is very welcoming.

The main entrance to the house is at the back of the house and also serves the outdoor garden furniture. On the ground floor, upon entering, there is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The spiral staircase leading upstairs is on the left. At the top of this one, there is the bedroom, showers and toilets.
