Monthly Rentals in Guercio

There were two of us in the apartment for ten days and we felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Check-in with Roberta went smoothly. Mattia was always very quick to reach for us and sent immediate support when the sink was briefly clogged. The apartment is very well and modernly equipped. At the pool there are reserved loungers, including an umbrella and bath towels. The car has its own parking lot. What a luxury. We found the way to Lerici too far to walk, so we mostly drove by car. Parking La Vallatta for 1.50 euros per hour. The view of the bay above the pool is beautiful. We would come back anytime.🤩

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A very special thanks to Joke, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was incredibly helpful, always positive, and made a real difference during our stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made our experience memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!
