The beach house is a super cozy house with a large enclosed garden, three terraces and a perfect location just 100 m from Melsted Strand and 1 km along the cliff path from Gudhjem harbor. Here you get peace and quiet and fantastic nature, while living within walking distance of Gudhjem's steep streets, the harbor environment, restaurants, supermarkets, a farm for visitors, a food culture house, a swimming pool, paddle tracks, etc. The house has all modern necessities, but at the same time exudes the original charm from when it was built as a summer house in 1938.

Nice house with plenty of space. Perfect for families with children or multiple families. Large living room and 4 bedrooms, laundry room, storage room and nice large kitchen. There is both a front yard, a back yard, a cozy courtyard and a balcony. In the high season, we only run Friday to Friday. You must bring your own bed linen, duvet covers and towels, your brought sheets are only on top of those already there, the beds have the following dimensions 3 beds 140x200 one bed 180x200 and smoking is not allowed inside!

The cottage is located in a unique idyll on Bornholm's nort coast, with ground directly down to the water. Ypnasted was a small fishing village consisting of approx. 15 old houses and cottages, have been protected for approx. 50 years. There are opportunities for rock bathing, angling, trips along the coast between Bølshavn and Randkløve. It is not far from Ypnasted to the main sights on Bornholm, cozy small towns, smokehouses, and activities for children.

Hammershusvej 15B - Sandvig's first school from 1855

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.

Nice and cosy house in Aarsdale

My old fisher’s house from 1770 is nice and cosy, not exactly fancy but really charming. The house is situated 100 meters from the gravel beach in Aarsdale where there is a fish smokehouse, a small grocery shop run by local volunteers and a mill that is still in use. Mikkeller has a bar open in season. Scenic coastal foot paths or alternatively bicycle roads take you to Svaneke and Nexø a short distance away.
