The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Idyllic farmhouse by forest and beach

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

Et af Limfjordens ældste fiskehuse fra 1774 med en fantastisk historie er indrettet med lækre designs og ligger kun 50 meter fra stranden på en stor privat sydvendt grund med udendørskøkken og lounge område med direkte udsigt over fjorden området er fyldt med vandreruter, der står to cykler klar til at opleve Thyholm eller de to kajakker kan bringe dig øen rundt samt du ka også hente dine egne østers og blåmuslinger i vandkanten og tilberede dem mens solen går ned over vandet

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

180 degree view of Feddet and Little Belt

The summerhouse is renovated in 2020. Includes 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The bottom floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security gate from living room. Large southwest facing terrace. Svalegang to the west and north.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
