The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. (To be paid on site upon arrival) Family meetings, seminar groups, workshops, groups of friends and choir camps use the entire house and courtyard with outdoor seating and play barn. Small children can play safely in the fenced yard. Scooters, bicycles, etc. may be brought along.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. In the cozy cottage, there is plenty of space for breakfast or just to linger. In winter, the Kota becomes a unique experience by the open fireplace.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.
