Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.
