Relaxing Chalet with beautiful Sunrises & Sunsets!

Our Chalet is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment located in Park Gardens, which is a very quiet/private area. It's about 7-10 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, beaches (NOT walking-distance), restaurants. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the Balcony.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed dressed in a plush grey coverlet. Glass sliding doors lead to a balcony with outdoor seating, allowing views of the cityscape. Soft lighting enhances the modern decor, while the sleek furnishings include a bedside table and decorative accents.

The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

Welcome to our exclusive property located in a private community with 24/7 security, just 15 min from Old San Juan, Condado, touristic places. Only 20 min from SJU Airport. Furnitures, decoration and equipment were chosen to be of the outmost comfort and everything in the house is new. There are TVs with cable TV in all rooms and WiFi available. Patio is nice with large pool & BBQ area to enjoy. Ideal for families and group of friends. This is NOT a young people's party home!
